How can i send notifications?
Hello Everyone, I have a form that the employees have to complete it, it's like a report for every day, and the respective people have to complete it every day with his information, so i want to notify to my boss, if someone dont do it, in an specify day, and Notify my boss every week of how many reports are complete and how many are incomplete, so, how can i do it?

Is there any way to get access to the Statement Execution count as a system variable in code? I am running code and receive error message about exceeding the limit "The number of deluge statement execution limit exceeded the maximum limit" I have read the help file and forum posts on this. I would like to modify my script to avoid these errors and would like to be able to measure the effects of changes. Is this value available in Deluge code so I can write it to an info statement at various points
Why the fields in the pivot chart change?
Hello Everyone. My question is: Why in the pivot chart, the fields change it's name? in the translation, and in the form, and in the report the name of the fields are good, but when i created the pivot chart the fields appear like: "Number" , "Number3" or, the name that i have for the date is "Fecha" but in the pivot chart appear with the name of the last field that i created in the form... I saw the translation and everything possible to correct this and i can't find something, help me please, IT'S

Help Using Schedule To Update Records
I'm using Zoho Creator to report on data from a different software application. I have 2 forms that were created by importing records from CSV files. The first is Player_Invoices and the second is Player_Payments. Each table has a field named Bill_ID (which is a string). I've created a subform on Player_Invoices that I want to display the Player_Payments. I would like the subform to display all the payments that match the unique Bill_ID field for the invoice. I assume that in order to do that
Default Reports to All Application Users NOT All Users
I think this would be a change that would be beneficial to everyone. If you have a customer portal, you don't want to default access all reports to all Users. I have to have people check our portal daily to make sure odd reports aren't displaying. Please consider not Defaulting to All Users.

Hello, Is there any way to create a permalink or otherwise link directly to a record summary view for a particular customer? I can filter the base report down to a single record using '#View:Customer_Data_Report?Customer_Name=Customername' in the url, but there doesn't seem to be a way to access the summary view directly. Transfer entered data from main form to subform

Trying to share an application, not sure if I need enterprise for what I'm trying to do
Been thru the 'sharing' docs a lot and still a bit confused. If I have two users paid for on a plan below enterprise, can I share a form and report of an application with anyone with an email address (without publishing)? I would think that is why one would pay for a second user, to collaborate that way. But, it seems maybe the Enterprise plan is needed to do this? When I try to share my application with a user I get the dreaded "You have been marked inactive by the administrator of this application.

I have a view set. I want to dynamically filter records by saying 'Pull records with Criteria 1 OR with Criteria 2'. I know I can set it up manually by going to Summary page of a report. Is it possible to write a deluge script to pull up this view based on user inputs by setting up two different Criterias and using OR condition? For example, view name is NameReport Input entered by user Name Search: GA LastName Search: SH So the script will pull up all records from 'NameReport' where Name contain
Working with a date field
I am using an on User Input script to process the value entered in a date field. My problem is that if the user just types in a date the on User Input script is not executed. It only seems to work when the date is selected by clicking on the calendar icon. What is the best way to work around this shortcoming? Is there a way to prevent the user from typing anything in the date field so they are forced to click on the calendar icon? Thanks, Ken

Images don't display
Zoho creator seems like a really robust platform but my first impressions are that it is buggy and unpolished. I hope I'm wrong but I suspect this forum post will land in a black hole somewhere. I am trying to create a simple employee directory that includes a photo for demo purposes. I have followed the instructions in Zoho's help file but the image that is supposed to appear in the help file just displays the infamous black "x" icon indicating the picture no longer exists or the link is broken.

I am trying to add a field to a form and use a formula to copy just the right-most 36 characters from another field into the new field. Similar to the Excel "=RIGHT()" formula. Is this possible in Creator? If not, any ideas on how I can accomplish this? Thanks, David

Error Executing Workflow On User Input Script
My scripts were working a few months ago. As far as I know, nothing has changed. I have not added or modified any of the fields nor the scripts that access the fields. This week I needed to add new records and update some existing records. Upload Image File via Creator API from iOS App
I'm writing an iOS app that will upload information to a Creator application using the REST API. I can upload text fine, but I can't get file uploads to work. I'm trying to use this API, but as the example is for how to set up a web form I don't know what the structure of the POST request needs to be. I've tried a few different ways but I either get back a status code 500 and a HTML error message or a 200 response with a message saying the request was successful but the image is not uploaded.

Subfrom on iOS app
There is no back button after clicking on a subform in the ios app. This is a big oversight because there is no way to return to the main from unless you add a subform record or close the app. If there is more than one record then the back icon appears but there needs to be an option to return when only one record is there or being added. What's the reason for this? Can this be fixed in the near future? Thanks
