The utility for a Find and Find+Replace aspect to the script editor is obvious. For example, recently I have been converting all my internal URL references to relative links i.e. openUrl("https://creator.zoho.com/mygroup/inventory/#View:My_View","Same window"); to openUrl(("/" + ((zoho.adminuser) + "/") + zoho.appname) + "/#View:My_View","Same window"); Find+Replace would really speed-up the edits. How can I include graphics in Record Templates
Hi I have a report that shows company information along with revenues. To improve the look of the report I have created a record template. This works well for formatting text. However, I would like to create a graph or graphics to represent the revenue. I cannot find out how to do the following: 1. A Graph showing the last three years turnover 2. Display a different graphics to denote turnover level - eg A thumbs up for $100,000 revenue and a thumbs down for $100,000 Any ideas? Tony

Hello, I am trying to create an internal product review application where a user would submit an image via mobile device. However, all images submitted through the mobile app are compressed to 50kb or so, which is very small. I'd like to have images be larger and am willing to change file type (Image to Attachement) if necessary. However, even if I try to use the attachment field type, the same issue occurs. Thanks, B

Hi I found how to delete the (useless) intial pizza delivery app. But I am not able to delete the installed pre-made app (Project Tracker). If I cannot edit it, I don't want to have it sitting there. But there is no option to get rid of it. Can you help?
Creator Html page with auto fill

hi, My app has this forms: Orders Order details Shippments Invoices Invoice details Order details is a subform of Orders Order details is also used as a maiform, wich has shippments as a subform. URGENT - Export is including control characters - two requests and still not fixed.
Since about 14 December the report export to CSV has been showing up control characters such as "&" instead of "&". This si a major problem for us as we use export extensively, including every single day to export invoice data out of Creator and into Xero. Importing client names which suddenly have extra control characters, has the effect of creating a new Xero account, which is obviously very hazardous. Hi I just accessed Zoho Creator and I wanted to take advantage of the Trial (which will be far too short; I know that alreay). To start with, I added the Project Tracker app and I wanted to edit it, obviously. But it tells me that I am not allowed to do so (access denied or something). What gives? SMS integration with Zoho Ceator - suggestions?
I have multiple employees I need to send reminders, notices to en masse. Sometimes I will want to group these employees into categories and only send to those select categories. I thought ZC would be a nice way to add their info or allow them even to edit their own info. My employees tend to have mobile companies like Simple Mobile, Boost, MetroPCS... ideally I would prefer a service that doesn't require knowing the mobile provider. I know several SMS services work with ZC - do you have any suggestion?

Hi, Is it Possible? I have change the text filed type from "Single Line" to "Multi Line". Thats OK. But is there a way to change it form "Multi Line" to "Single Line"? because after changing the multi-line type, "Single Line" option is no more inside the "Field Type" Dropdown. Searched on Forum, over the internet, Get nothing.
Can a custom action in a view/report be replaced with a button?
I'm embedding a Creator view/report in a website. The user selects records, and then user should select the custom action in the report header to update CRM with preferences they made. However, the custom action is not "easy to find" for a user and my client prefers a button. Has anyone come across such scenario and has solution? Any help would be much appreciated.
Zoho Form - Retrieve Checkbox values
So I created a form online with 3 check box fields (A, B, C). Now I want to retrieve & display that data in the emailer using the field labels. If I just chose the checkbox label '${zf:Checkbox}', it returns all values and displays 'A, B' if the user chooses A & B. How can I retrieve & display the value A separately, B separately, and C separately? I want to be able to say, the user chose A on one line and B on another line.
crm mystery
Strange problem. We have a creator form with a basic lookup to zohocrm. It looks up a product and then displays the name in the creator form. Lately when we do this it shows the product look up but then shows the product code in the field. I am at a loss to figure thsi out. It has worked lovely for a couple of years. Do not think we made any changes.

Good morning... When developing applications it would nice to have a table or database type overview of all the forms in the applications. Maybe even with links that indicate the lookup fields between forms. I think it would make it easier to navigate between forms and views compared to using the drop-down menu available today. Thanks,

I am working through Creator tutorial 3 and am attempting to write the deluge code to decrease inventory on success. Change date field to date-time
I would like to change the data type of a field from a date to a date-time data type. When I look at "field type" (located in appearance section), that option is greyed out. I have several hundred records saved so don't want to delete the field altogether. How can I go about making this change without wiping out the field?

Creating a Pivot Chart just defaults to a Pivot Table
Whenever I create a new report and select Pivot Chart, I just get the screen for pivot tables. I have tried on two different browsers, with no change. I can no longer create a pivot chart unless I duplicate a report that is already a pivot chart, but then I cannot change the form that it is referencing. I can only make pivot tables.

Hello Zoho Creator forum..... I have created a report based upon data from a Form. The report should have 3 columns (one for each business-unit) and rows based upon months of the year. Under each of the 3 business-unit columns there are 2 sub-columns showing 2 types of sales data. The report works properly except for the following problem...... PROBLEM: The report generates an additional row and column titled "-No Value-'". So instead of having 3 columns (one for each business-unit) there are 4.

With the new form builder, I'm only able to make pivot charts from forms. In the old version I was able to make charts from Views. I want to make charts that include data on added time which I have in Views, but not in forms. Have I missed something? G

Im loading a view via view-perma link w/ url parameters. I also need to limit the Add button to only add records which are preloaded with the url parameters so like records can be created. I tried to interrogate the url parameter via the onAdd/onLoad event but I could not access the views params. How do I modifiy the view's Add button on a view-perma screen? Thanks :)

I understand the free plan limits the number of records to 750, along with 3 users, but what other restrictions exist for free plans? Creator database search
Why does searching my Creator database produce no result when the information is clearly in the database? This happens with some records and not others. If I export all the records to a spreadsheet, all records are exported. However if i scroll through the list of Creator records, I don't see the one i'm looking for. What's happening here?
