Is it possible to do Boolean search in Creator?
I am entering recipe information, including ingredients. I'd like to be able to do a search for recipes with, for example "tomato and basil" or "balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar." Is that search capability possible in Creator, to do a Boolean search with "and" or "or"?

Existing Relation
When I drag a lookup filed on a form, the "Create Lookup Relation" dialog pops-up to allow me to select the lookup parameters. With this dialog, I can create a "New Relation" or choose an "Existing Relation": the problem is that the "Existing Relation" list is always empty even if I already created other relationship. Where am I doing wrong?

How to create a two part contact database in Zoho Creator

Unwanted second notification email is sent with subject 'str str'
HI When a use fills in my form, it then sends out an automated notification email. That is fine. It then sends out a second notification email with the subject line 'str str' and the content seems to be a very old version (when I was testing it out). Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried creating new rules but this doesn't resolve it. Hope you can help Steve

When I work on my application in the web browser everything works and looks as expected. Now when I look at the Android version of my app, it often does not use the most recent version of the design. For instance, it shows a field I already deleted. Is there a way to force the synchronisation of the new design to be used in Android?

Hello Zoho team, I am having problem importing an application without data. I am using a .ds file that i took from my friend that he is using zoho without problems. Hi there, I need to embed the same form on 3 different websites, all with different styling applied. I figured the best way to do that is by creating 3 html pages and embed the form in each. Problem: Can't get the form to show public in the pages. When not logged in I am getting login form on the place where the embedded form should load. Invite new user/resend
I haven't had much success adding users to my Creator app. I have the most basic subscription (no profiles). Here are the steps I take: Go to app setting, add user in "Users and Permissions" tab Go to the share tab of app settings, add user to the top level of the app Click Dashboard. Click "Share" on every object and paste in the username. Go back to "Users and Permissions" and delete the user because of what I read in this thread I have successfully added users in the past but I'm not sure how.
Linking Multiple Application
Hi Support, I have two Applications, App1 and App2. In App1 i have form called Form1 and in App2 i have form called Form2. In Form1, i have Name1, Email1 and in Form2, i have Name2 lookup field to Name1. I have succefuly done scripting for linking two apps, for example, in App2, if i select the Name from list, i can get Email2 automatically. But what I am trying to do is, when user loads the Form2, based on User login email id it need fetch the name from App1 and input in Name2. I have done this
Many to many relation in Parents to Children tables
I read in some older posts that this may not be possible, but i wanted to see if there is a work-around. I have two forms, one "Parents", and one "Children". A Parent record can have multiple children, but one Child can also have multiple parents (father and mother). So far I have setup a Main form "Parents" with a subform "Children". This seems to work only one to many since I cannot lookup existing children records in the subform, only add new records. Does this sound familiar and is there a work
importing a spreadsheet
Are there restrictions to importing data from a spreadsheet? I am importing a spreadsheet from Google Sheets which has multiple tabs. On the import, certain tabs are missing columns. Does data generated from a formula not import? Are there other types of data that do not import? Scott

how to define openURL function with ID of current record
In my reports i want a VIEW button to show the record much like the "View Record" button does in the most left column. Just to have a quick link to view the record in a popup. My function looks like this: void view_tmrt_record() { openUrl("/record-summary/test_report/"+ input.ID +"/", "Popup window", "height=500,width=500"); } but it gives the error 'variable ID not defined' . I thought input.ID automatically fetches the ID of the current record. Thanks for any feedback

Hello, I'm very new to Zoho Creator. I am building some apps that I want to work alongside Zoho CRM. The first feature I need is to be able to select a relevant potential for an account that I have already selected in creator. So I have created a "Zoho CRM" field called Customer in my form. here I will choose the relevant customer. I then want a field (maybe a dropdown or similar) that lists the potentials relating to the customer I have chosen above. How on earth do I do this? Laurence
