Verifying Lead ownership in Zoho Creator
Hi All, We are considering using Zoho Creator to update the Lead Module of Zoho CRM. At present, our secure users log into Wordpress using a username and password. I would like secure users to update cases they are working on - from within Wordpress - but need a means of verifying they are the user ascribed to an individual Lead record. The secure user will login into Wordpress and then enter: Unique case of Lead record number originally generated by the CRM. Surname of the client stored in the Lead
conditional pick list
Hi, I am using creator and in my application I want to offer three drop downs to select vehicles. So the first drop down may contain "Ford" as an option. I need the second one to contain a list of Ford models (such as Focus or Mondeo) The third one needs to have the door for the model picked before. Any help would be great here please. Thanks Dave
Email data - Authorization failed
Having issues emailing data into my form. The form is published, still get the error. Tried it using the admin zoho email, and other emails, none are working. How do I fix this?
Pdf that is emailed is different from Exported Pdf
Hi Experts - I need some help. If I manually export a view as a pdf by using the gear wheel button on the top right, the pdf looks really nice and it reflects the same formatting as the view. If I set up a daily email with the same view as pdf attached, the pdf looks horrible. The column widths are all different and it is very hard to read. Does anybody know how to set up an automatic email that send the same pdf that I exported manually? I struggle to understand why there are two different formats

I'm new to Projects and Creator and in looking at Creator product page I do not see a reference to Projects integration. We would like to create a page for users to enter a project that can then be picked up by an administrator or manager and made into a project.
reports calendar does not work
Good morning , reports with a calendar view does not load the data but the records are loaded if I open the report in perma view ; in this case , as I edit a record, the reports can be recharged without making me see the records again . How can I do ? David
Not receive the invitation email.
Using Creator I created an application called Questionario.
I added 233 users authorized to use the application : many users have regularly received an email invitation , while the last few 40/50 did not receive the invitation email .
I tried to select a few names among the unconfirmed user and select reinvite , but the email still does not arrive.

calendar view not displaying properly
Hello people I have made a view with a display type of calendar and the first column is not displaying all the text that is supposed to display and there is room enough to display the complete Name. Two way data sharing: Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
Hi there - me again! I wondered if anyone knows if Lead module data can be pulled from Zoho CRM by a Zoho Creator form so that the user does not have to re-enter field data already in the CRM Lead module? The Zoho Creator would enter a unique case reference to call up the data for that record. They would then add new data via the Creator firm to update the CRM Lead and trigger workflow. New Field in Existing Form is not showing up!
Hi Can anyone help please? I'm new to Zoho and my husband created my database and forms, but I've added a new field to the form. When I want to create a relationship from another form to this new field, it doesn't show up in the field listings? Very strange considering I can see it in the Form and the reports too. Any ideas? Currency cannot handle commas
Hi. Extreme newbie here- Made forms for a client and LOVE using Zoho creator but having a hard time finding a fix for one issue: Have a field set to "currency" specifically "USD" , but if someone types in 100,000-- the form will not take the comma at all. Since this is for real estate, we will be dealing with larger amounts. Is there any way to have a number field, specifically currency, that will handle commas? Thanks

Data validation check
In my creator database, I have two fields, one is today's date and the other is a delivery date. Many times people are entering the wrong date into the delivery date. I need to have some sort of date verification check to make sure at the very least the delivery date is later that today's date. Must be possible but how? Many thanks!

UK Data - location of servers and data protection legislation
Hi there. I need to understand where the servers for Zoho Creator are located. I'm in the UK, and would like to use Creator for a series of databases. The UK's data protection legislation puts limits on the 'export' of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. If for example data is hosted in the USA, then I need to be able to demonstrate that I have explored the data security and privacy protection protocols that apply, and that they will not contravene the UK's legislation.
Can't delete field
I created two lookup fields (Introducing_Player and Introducing_Scout) in my form 'Search Profile'. Right afterwards I realized that I had done this in the wrong form and wanted to delete them. How to setup multiple options, each with unique cost?
I am looking to create a form where a customer can select one of more options from a list of services. Each time they select the option, I would like the cost of that option to added to the total. Each option has a unique cost. I would like to create an option, give it a name, description and a cost. Is this possible in Zoho Forms?
