Can't view comments in Docs IOS App
In the Zoho Docs IOS App I am this week not able to see comments that I have made against a Doc on my IOS mobile devices. It was working ok last week. However if I make a comment on the IOS App I can see it on my PC. What's going on? Please help asap as I use this App all the time!
Zoho docs app crashes on iOS (iPhone)
I’ve tried to go on to Zoho Docs App on my iPhone and it keeps crashing. I’ve even restarted my phone and it still crashes. Also, I cannot attach files from Zoho Docs when emailing from the CRM Mobile App. Please fix this ASAP!
One Way Docs Sync
hi, i am trying Zoho Docs windows and seeing two way sync only. How can I do one way sync? One way sync is all folders and files will transfer to server only. The selected file or folder deleted in computer but not in the Zoho Docs system

PROBLEM with Zoho - Sync in MAC OS
Good Morning, I would like to confirm with you if my Zoho Sync application has any problems or if this case would be an improvement. When I try to select only the folders I want to synchronize, in the preferences / folders menu, it allows me to just mark the folders from the root of the directory, not allowing to browse the folders belonging to the root folders. Pics attached!! I use MacOS, my colleagues who use Windows do not face this problem.
Controlling which folders sync with desktop client
I want to sync my server to Zoho Docs. We have certain folders that we don't want to sync. When I de-select them in the sync client it tells me that it will delete the folders on my server. Is there a way to prevent it from deleting folders?
Zoho Docs Mobile download
I have zoho docs on two Android smartphones, but it is not possible to download any document. I always get the Error message "Zoho Docs cannot download the file", without any explanation nor a reason why. There is enough space on the device and even with tiny sizes it doesn't work. Please help, because without this functionality Zoho Docs would be useless. Is there anything to parameter ? Thank you JP

mac sync issues
My ZOHO docs has been synching for ten days but its obviously not syncing! how do I stop the sync or edit the folders that are being synced to my machine the ZOHO docs icon is just circling so i cannot click on it to edit the folders that are synching

My syncing icon in system tray in windows 10 disappear
My icon is not longer there and I can not sync anymore. I reinstalled zoho docs and it detected all my current configuration and user and said upgrading but after finishing the icon still does not appear on system tray please helkp thanks
No syncing icon in tray in Linux
Hello, I hope I'm in the right place. I'm new to using Zohodocs to sync files. I'm using Zohodocs on the newest version of Linux Mint. (I use an additional Linux OS called Chalet OS. The syncing icon does appear here). For some reason, in Linux Mint the icon does not appear in the system tray/panel at startup (like Dropbox does). Because of this I have no way to pause and resume the syncing when I need to. In fact, there is no icon for Zohodocs there at all. I need suggestions for how to fix this

Please the attachment. I am hoping someone can help. Something has gone wrong with my zoho docs folder on my win 10 laptop. I am happy to delete the local copy and sync from scratch but I am worried about the line the dialog box "Creating a new Zoho folder will remove the existing contents from your zoho account". I rarely save anything to my zoho docs folder on my laptop so I don't mind losing the information on my laptop, but I don't want to lose all the information in the cloud that has been stored
Sync with C Drive
I have downloaded docs for Windows. This afternoon I updated some documents on my computer and saved them on the local drive. I also created a new sub folder with some docs in. When I look online they are not there and it says "last synced 5.17pm" - how do I force it to sync and remain up to date?

Zoho docs for desktop crashes when started on Ubuntu 16.04
Dear all, I installed the last version of Zoho docs for desktop on my laptop under Ubuntu 16.04, 64bit. I followed the recommandations for the installation, but no window was opened at the end. Proxy authentication for Docs Desktop
My valid proxy authentication username, when at works, requires I specify the authenticating domain, since my laptop and tablet are not joined to the domain so that I can work from home without a VPN or cached credentials. I can either do this with "domain\user.name" or "user.name@domain.full.name", either of which is not allowed in Docs Desktop (Windows, in this case, but I had the same issue in Linux) The problem is that these are the only valid user names I can give, and anything less will fail
Zoho Docs 1.7.5 not showing icon in system menu on mac!
I'm running 10.11.1 AND 10.12.1 on my other computer - a laptop and the Zoho Docs sync program shows up as a BLANK SPACE on the system menu. This is the only way to open the program's preferences. Please find the attached screen grab. Can this please be fixed! Thanks.
Collaborators Cannot Edit Docs on Devices
My collaborators cannot edit docs on their devices. I can, I guess because I created them. Even though all of my collaborators have read/write capabilities, they cannot edit on their devices. I even tried making the collaborators co-creators, they still cannot edit the docs. Any help for this?

storage limits and workspaces
Hi a couple of questions if anyone can help. My zoho docs folder on my desktop shows files totalling 16gb, but in the admin folder of zoho docs it shows I am using 49gb of my 50gb limit. My personal folders are shared with 2 more users, but their storage used is minimal. Why am I using so much space? Secondly, what is the difference between sharing my personal folders and using workspaces to share documents. Would this less space? Thanks Paul

Why Don't I See my Zoho Folders
So, I downloaded Zoho to my cell phone, however, when I look at all of the Docs, Spreads, etc., whatever, there are no folders just all of the files in alphabetical order. What's Up With That? How does Zoho just ignore my folders? They're there for a reason. Also, I saved an edited document in my Zoho cloud, where all my other zoho docs are, and I can see the new edited file on my desktop, but not on my Android that has the lastest version OS available.
Desktop sync does not appear to be true sync ?
Installed desktop zoho writer for linux, chose a Zoho folder in my Dropbox folder. Made sure files in online zoho writer were synced. The thing is, I look in my local PC zoho folder and I see the files but they are all just 160 bytes and seem to be nothing more than url links to the online Zoho writer docs. Is this normal? If so it is not really a true sync backup.
Used storage quota error on Ubuntu
There seems to be some errors concerning how much file space is used (Zoho Docs 1.5.3 /Linux). My desktop icon says "Used 4.9 GB of your quota". Zoho Docs web page "Storage details" says 3.45 GB used. My local Zoho Docs folder (including all synced folders) is ~0.8 GB (total!!). Deleting files / folders from local folders/web site, including files in the trash folder, does not change the size reported by the icon. How do I recover the missing 2 - 4 GB quota space?

uploading files stuck at 21-29
My office mate uses a shared folder and got stuck in 21-29 of files. She already reset her connection and pc but it just shows that it's uploading but never move on.

Sync client for Arch Linux
Hello, Is there a sync client for Arch Linux - Manjaro 15.12 64 bit? And, Sync on Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon 64 bit isn't syncing and won't open for long enough to check the settings. I have the libssl's installed that I understand are needed. Any advice appreciated. Jason

Hello, I tried to install the synchronosation software for Ubuntu (x64) but the download doesn't seem to contain a DEB-file! It does has 2 files to install and to uninstall and 1 hidden setup file, but clicking those files brings me to the help pages of Zoho Docs. So, we (I) can't install the software. Any solutions? Is there a file size limit for viewing files on iphone?
I have documents that go over 30 pages and I can't seem to view them on my iphone. I can see them on the computer and I noticed that several of them have a blue notation where the file cuts off. Is there a way to resolves this?
Zoho Docs -- all files and folders deleted suddenly
Hi, I started using Zoho Docs today. I uploaded some files and folders, synced them to Zodo Docs for Mac, and shared everything with my business partner. We were moving documents around when suddenly, everything got deleted. We don't know why it happened. All our data is now missing. I also noticed that it takes quite a few minutes for changes made to be synced between Zoho Docs on browser and on the harddrive. Why's that? Please help urgently. Thanks!
