Can't add user to Zoho Mail becuase it's trying to send invite
I am trying to add a new user to Zoho Mail from the control panel with an email address such as person@mydomain.com, but every time I enter the name, email, and password, and click "Ok" it says the user has been invited, instead of just adding them. I cannot log in with the email I created because it says, "This Zoho account does not exist." It appears the user was added to the invitation list, and the account must be activated by clicking a link in an email sent to the address I created. Obviously,

Cannot resume failed email migration
I tried to migrate my emails from gmail into zoho which failed due to space issues. I have deleted a lot of emails from gmail and now wish to resume migration, I click resume and get a message "Migration failed to resume". So I though I would delete the migration and try again, but selecting the user and choosing delete I get a message "User not allowed to delete in this state" - the status is suspended. So I cannot get out of this now, cannot resume and cannot delete it. Any ideas how I can start

New Email Setup: Mobile Number Already Exist
I have two businesses already registered to use Zoho Mail and am in the process of adding a third. I want to keep all of my businesses separate in case the companies are passed on to another party in the future. Since I'm only one person, I have one phone number which I used when I transferred one of my businesses over to Zoho Mail the other day. Now, I am wanting to set up email for my newest company. No admin password, can't delete anything
Hi, I recently signed up to zoho using my existing google account. I was testing the mail functions with my own domain and created a couple of users etc. But then when I went to delete them I couldn't because it kept asking for the Admin password which does not seem to be my password which I use for my google account. How do I access control panel, free account or is this not a feature. When I go to https://www.zoho.com/mail/control-panel.html or any link. I get shown a page that shows what the control panel can do but it is not usable in any way. I am logged in when doing this. I am trying to add a 2nd mail to my own domain e.g. info@.... Is this possible on a free account. I don't want an extra user just a 2nd mail.

IMAP access blocked due to suspicious sign in activity - unable to unblock
My imap access has been blocked to the account ben@reposecreative.co.uk due to suspicious signing activity. This is a false positive because I used a VPN and zoho can't cope with my IP address changing. When I try to unblock it in the admin panel I get an 'oops, something went wrong' error. Please unblock my account so that I can access it via IMAP. I emailed in about this nearly 72 hours ago and have not yet had any response. Please unblock the IMAP access, this is hurting my business. Hello everyone, At this point, I accept really any help. I am trying for two weeks to connect Zoho Mail with my Google Domain (carneiro.dev). For now, I gave up of SPF and DKIM and I am solely trying solely to have MX verified. That is how my DNS looks like: Synthetic records deleted and only MX record added Still seems to not be enough to be verified by Zoho. Mobile number already registered Pop-Up
I have been trying to authenticate my account to confirm it for 2 days now. I received the text message with the Zoho verification code, connected the account to Go Daddy, & followed the next steps for CNAME in DNS. I completed the TXT Method.
