Hello - we created a groupd and added members to the group (members already in zoho). But in bookmarks, under groups nothing is showing?? We want to create shared bookmarks to a group, how can we do this? Thanks!
DKIM for subdomain
Hi, I have a subdomain crm(dot)mydomain(dot)com which is hosted on separate server than my main domain - mydomain(dot).com and linked to it through A records. I would like to be able to send emails from this subdomain as if they were coming from the main domain, so for example info(at)mydomain(dot)com and not info(at)crm(dot)mydomain(dot)com I did set up and validated SPF for mydomain(dot).com and also crm(dot)mydomain(dot).com and they emails from both successfully passe the spf verifications for
I can not add my new domain which is already used in zoho mail service
I took a new domain and would like to use it in Zoho mail and CRM. Unfortunately, I can't register it since it's already registered in zoho by previous owner of the domain. Would you please guide me if I can still use Zoho or it's already blocked for ever for me and I should think about alternative email solution? Thank you in advance

SPF Record Not Recognised
I have the Zoho SPF records to our DNS settings but I still get a warning in Zoho that "SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho" The SPF records appear to be added correctly. See here: Any ideas?

Estoy intentando crear una nueva cuenta de correo para mi dominio y a la hora de darle a Aceptar o Crear me tirar el error: "PP111: Se produjo un error interno". SPF Configuration in Hostgator
when I go to add the SPF on my Hostgator CPANEL , I go to Advanced DNS> then select my domain and then Add a Record TXT Then I have to add NAME when I put @ i get a error. A zone name must be a domain name, and can include a period at the end. What do I put in the field and the other fields. TTL and txtdata

Can't add a new user
Hi. In Control Panel -> User Details I have registered 3 users in addition to the primary account. All of them can receive and send mails. However I'm trying to create a user asesorias@meta7.com.mx and I get an error message: "The user is already invited". If I go to the Invitation list the user has a "Pending" status. Why this user was invited instead of created? I don't have a way to use that email. For that reason I can't accept the "invitation". Please check my 2 attached images for better understand.

Using subdomain to verify SPF and DKIM
My domain registrar does not allow TXT record to be added. I used another DNS host to add the records however it is only limited to subdomain. (e.g. www.domainName.com) Is there anyway i can verify the SPF and DKIM using subdomain instead of the root domain?

553 Relaying Disallowed error when using MX Guarddog Spam Services
To cut down on spam I route all my mail through the MX Guarddog service. My DNS MX records therefore point to the MXGD servers and NOT the Zoho mail servers. I then setup In MXGD, I then point the system to the ZOHO mail servers at mx.zoho.com port 25. I've also setup a secondary server as mentioned in this forum post https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/mxguarddog Doing a test I get a 553 Relaying Disallowed error. I also get this from a gmail account. I've added the MXGD IP addresses

Handling of inbound messages where DKIM failed.
I've been missing emails from one of the services that I utilize for the last 5 months. They don't show up in spam, or anywhere else in my mail box. I turns out that something they did broke their DKIM outbound signatures, which I verified by having them send to another mail server. I already let them know that their DKIM is broken, but is there any way to set it so that this particular domain can bypass the DKIM check if it passes SPF?
DKIM Validation on Digital Ocean
Hello =) ... I am setting up the e-mails with my zoho account... I have copy and pasted my DKIM authentication keys with my DNS manager (Digital Ocean), I aquired my domain with GoDaddy. Just copy pasted the generated key on the zoho mail manager. I think the keys are well configurated but I am still seeing the error messages from DKIM configuration. I don't know hat I am doing wrong, I think it has something to do with Some digital Ocean restriction maybe. Or maybe a Rails restriction, I am using
