Unable to delete tasks posted to different user within MAIL
I have 2 tasks that show as belonging to a different user but created by me. I am unable to change the status, edit or delete these tasks as the system comes back to me with an error message "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later" which of course produces the same result when I do try later... I have no idea how to clear these tasks from my task list

Create a group for Tasks
Hello, I am trying to create a group for tasks. The goal is to create a "manager" group, then I could assign tasks that would be visible to all the managers. When I log into webmail, and select Tasks on the left, I see groups. Unfortunately, there is no PLUS sign for me to add or create a group. I then logged into the Control Panel, and created a group there, but I still dont see the group under tasks. Thoughts?

Cannot delete projects created under Group Task
Hello, While creating a group task, I have created a project. Like described here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/new/help/tasks.html#alink2 (This is different from a projec in Zoho Project App) The project appears below the group name, when I right click on it, the menu options are gray and thus I cannot delete or rename the project.(See attachment) Is there a setting or permission somewhere to allow project deletion ?
