Export Tasks
Since many of the features I used in Tasks have been eliminated, is there a way to export my Tasks so I can attempt to come up with a solution?
placing multi addresses in Bcc
I need to send newsletters to members of our society. Members have requested that I post using Bcc . I have found that ticking all contacts in the contact list and then clicking new email, addresses are put automatically in the 'open' box .How can I arrange for them to go on the Bcc line please. My Zoho taskz mobile app task list has disappeared
Hi Please help me, I had many tasks on the Taskz mobile app which have now disappeared. Currently I can only access my completed tasks and my Zoho projects tasks, but all of my email tasks and ones that I have added into the app myself are gone. Notes - sort order and search
I have migrated all my notes to the new version of mail. But it is now difficult to find the note I am looking for. The notes seem to display in a random order. Something I wrote 11 minutes ago is between items that are several months old. (1) Is there any way to change the sorting order? (2) Is there a way to search in notes? (3) There is no "Save" button. Hello, I'm having trouble with the links and notes because they weren't migrated to the new UI (as you say it would be) and now I can't access them from any place!!!!!! I need access to it urgently!!!! Even your support service is not giving me any answer!!!! I'm so dissapointed with the Zoho services. They were better in the past!!!

In the previous version you could easily share a task with other organization members and the members could update the task according to their information or knowledge. Zoho task and links migration
Good day, Few minutes a go i readed that zoho will migrate all links and tasks to the new UI version of zoho mail. After then i checked out how advanced are this new UI. But i found a few issues, that for me and for any basic or profesional user are very important, in the new interface i can´t create new tags. Tasks not shown in Mobile App and vis versa
Hi, I have an issue with the Zoho Tasks app and the tasks I create via the mobile interface. The online tasks are not shown in the app and the tasks created via the Tasks app are not shown online. Is this by design? How does this work? It showed the taks of the projects created via Zoho Projects, but how can I administrate tasks in Zoho mobile and via web? Regards
Tracking Mailings to Physical Addresses
I am new to Zoho. While I may use the email campaigns eventually if I convert from Constant Contact, right now I would like to continue to send a snail-mailing to physical addresses monthly. How do I track this in Zoho? I may mail different pieces so want to label my snail-mailings so at a glance back I can see who has received what mailings to their physical address from us. Task sync problem of activesync with zoho account (lg g3 beat)
Hello, I am trying to sync my tasks with my zoho account. I have added my zoho exchange account to my android LG g3 Beat phone. Calendar and contacts are syncing perfect but when I switch to tasks app, my zoho account doesn't show on account list. When I try to add again, it says this account already added. Does zoho tasks support task syncing through exchange? Tasks are enabled on my user details in zoho account settings by the way. Thanks for your support in advance.

show tasks assigned by others on Zoho Task Calender
It seems that tasks assigned by others, either under their personal area or in one of the groups a user is a part of, the assigned tasks with start or due dates do not show up on the "Zoho Task" Calendar. Also still looking for a user to see all tasks assigned to them, along with all self created tasks in once single view, regardless if assigned in the personal area or a group area!!!
New Mail Tasks complete lack of features!
I had to migrate my tasks from the old version to the new version, but now I can´t sort them by priority, create a report or print it, assign to multiple workers, etc. This is VERY frustrating since I can´t roll back to the old version. Is Zoho planning on adding these features any time soon or should I migrate to another tool? What´s going on?

Poorly Laid Out New Tasks
Have been looking at the new mail app / tasks / notes etc this past few weeks and I'm sorry to have to say I think it's a total mess. Nothing seems intuitive, it just looks like it's thrown together, the instructions are poor and certain parts just don't seem to make any sense (to me anyhows) I cannot seem to edit groups either create them or move tasks between them, Tags ? how do I edit the tags ? I just get the feeling that Zoho seem all over the place at the moment, just too much going on, hope

Hi, I use the Links task in the current Zoho Mail, a lot. It has always been the best solution I have found for storing bookmarks online. (I know modern browsers have syncing of bookmarks built-in, but the nature of my work is that I often need to use different families of browser.) 1. No tasks after migration to new version - Urgent
Please help...I scheduled the migration of my tasks from the old to the new version last night. Today I have no tasks showing in the new version and the old version just says 'use the new version'. If I try clicking on the migrate option again it tells me it's already done. I sent an urgent email this morning and have had no reply. It's now nearly 1pm here and have no access to tasks still. Migrating Tasks and Notes --- what is migrated?
If I migrate tasks and notes ... Will the migration come from tasks.zoho.com and notes.zoho.com ?? Or will it be my CRM.zoho task??? Also, in CRM task are assigned or tagged with pull downs. Will those designations move too. I suspect CRM task will be unaffected. So, if it draws just from tasks.zoho, will my tags be imported also>???

Where are my Notes in the new version interface? I can open the view, but there is no any Notes.
