Notification new task by mail
When I create a task I received a notification by mail with useful information, this is OK (attached picture 1), but simultaneously I received other notification that I don´t want receive because does not have useful information (attached picture 2). How avoid this last notification arrive to my mail? (picture 2). Thanks.

Only limited number of tasks can be saved
Hello, I already posted this, but it was not shown, never passed moderation, was this censored? If so, why? I thought this is the place to report problems? Anyway, here we go again. According to my observation, if you save 25 tasks, and then create a new task, the last task in your list at the bottom vanishes. So the limit seems to be 25. But there is no error message, just the last task vanishes. I didn't realize it at first, but I tested this several times. If you delete the 26th task you created,
email tasks reminder still sends even when task was completed prior to reminder date!
I noticed that the system is still kicking out email reminders, even though the task was completed prior to the reminder date set when task was originally assigned. You would think if a task is marked complete that no notification is needed after the fact of completion is done!
Bug: Limited number of tasks
Hello, I just found out, that there must be a limited number of tasks you can enter (when you log into mail.zoho.com and then click on tasks on the left menu.) I have counted, that at the moment I have 25 tasks. When I enter one more task, the last task in the list at the bottom is vanished and can't be seen nor accessed any more. When I delete my newly entered task, this vanished task comes up again. I use Firefox/Pale Moon, in case this matters. Please remove this limit. Regards Hubertus Mueller
Allow user to change default "Send Mail" and offer option of Pop-up for either or Assignee or Assigned person
It would be great to allow user to set default to not "Send Mail" on all tasks created, so user does not have to de-select the "Send Mail" option. also it would be great to offer the option to let user use a, or set as default for all new added tasks, a popup to all "Assigned To" users, instead or as an option it would also be great to allow the use of tags used by the, Personal or Group, the tasks is being created for. this way the creator of task, can automatically assign the needed tags, while

Zoho Mail Tasks not available in Zoho Mail Dashboard view why?
I was trying to work on setting up a dashboard and have many tasks, both self assigned and assigned by others, but the tasks available on the dashboard does not seem to be the same tasks inside Zoho Mail. Is there a way to pull the Zoho Mail Tasks on the Zoho Mail Dashboard!!

I very much look forward to a users being able to see all their own, assigned, and any group tasks assigned or created by themselves for themselves, are all available in one single "MY TASKS" view. This would tremendously increase the users ability to view, plan, and action such tasks, regardless of who or where the tasks was assigned (under personal or a group a member of) in one single place for the user. Over 1000 failure messages &I have not sent any.
I have received over 1000 message failure notifications in the last 48 hrs. I have not sent any of the messages. Someone is using my address to send garbage. Please advise how to remedy. thanks
Comments within tasks, Activity List, Documents, Sub Tasks
Task in Zoho Mail should have same ability as the tasks within Zoho Projects, where persons can comment back on forth. You can see the Activities list, attach docs, and also assign sub tasks etc... We do not need a project based task system but more a year round/day to day, repetitive tasks based systems, where users are using the system as individuals but if a supervisor assigning tasks to users in their group or under their control etc.
Add Sort by "Assigned To" in view and reports
It would help tremendously to be able to quickly pull up a view and report based on all tasks "Assigned To" in the task list. Currently I do not see a way to quickly do this. If Zoho ever gets to the point of seeing tasks across multiple platforms, then of coarse the same. Can one see Assigned To in IPhone app Taskz
I've downloaded the free Iphone app TaskZ for Zoho Tasks. Its simple but generally very decent. However, I do not see any functionality to see who a task is Assigned To. Is there some config option I am missing, or does this simply not exist. Without that functionality, I will not be able to use the IPhone app.
User should have view to see all assigned tasks in "one single" view!!!
I do not see a way or method for a user to see all the assigned task in a "single" view/place. It seems the user must have to go into each "group" they are a part of to see task assigned to them, and also go to their own "personal" area. It should be easier for the user to have a view where they can see all "assigned" tasks to them, regardless of group it may have been generated in. It seems very cumbersome for a user to have to check their personal view and then go into each individual group
Integrate contact manager and mail better
Good Day I make use of your contact manager as well as the mail service. I see that if I am in Contact Manager and I want to send a mail to a contact is is easy, but when I am in Mail why no integrate it so that it picks up my contact from contact manager? The reason I do not like to mail directly from contact manager is because I have signatures I use in the Zoho Mail which need to be included. A bit better integration between these 2 apps would make it unbeatable.
assigned tasks do not show up on "assigned" users task list, why
I have assigned task to other users and they do not see them in their task list. is there a setting somewhere to make the assigned tasks show up on the assignee's task page?
Shared task folder
Dear sirs, Is it possible to share a task folder with specific person in order that he will get reminder about these tasks, create them and mark complete ? I couldn't find the option in the Zoho webmail. Tried to to that through Office outlook 2013 as well. Unfortunately, the "Share" options is grayed out. Awaiting your kind reply, Roy Warshawski.

When I click on "Notes" and create a note, the font size is really small. I want to change this, but I don't see how to do it. Can someone help? This is not "Notebook" but "Notes" which appears in the left column in the Mail page. Thanks

why tasks assigned to another person show up on their calenders?
I am assigning tasks to other persons, both from my personal and groups, and the tasks do not show up in the persons calender view, why not? should a date specific task, which all are, show up on either the personal calender of the person it is assigned to, or if it was assigned under a group, in the assigned persons calender view for that group?

Cannot receive mail since two days!
As of this weekend I cannot receive mails anymore from ZOHO. I already contacted ZOHO about this twice without response. I use this service for over a year without major problems but now it stopped working for two days. An hour ago some mails poured in from the last days but certainly not all. I don't hear any feedback on this problem. Are servers down?
Email Task Reminder, link opens to non-edit version, WHY not just open the edit option view?
I am getting my first set of email reminders on tasks, and when the user clicks on the link it opens in a non edit version. Which does not have all the field view-able, and most annoying is that if user wants to edit, which will be most likely, the user must then click edit to get to the edit version which has all fields. Why not just start there and if the user does not need or want to edit, they can just close the edit view. Save us time, by going straight to the edit version instead please.

Add ability to add one or more Tags when adding a Task
It would be great to have the drop down for Tags in the creation of a new Task. Allowing the user to pick one or more of the tags to associate with the Task or even add a new one if required by the user.
Direct URL for Links?
Yahoo recently discontinued their online Bookmark feature. You now have to download their open-door-to-spyware/spyware-ridden Yahoo Toolbar. I used to use this feature a lot on my mobile device to keep my favorites in one place for all platforms. Is there a direct link to the Zoho Links feature (Links imported in nicely with Yahoo Categories, by the way). Sometimes wrong task date

I have been trying to reach someone about this subject. I am able to send out emails from my paulina@nervydesign.com account but whenever I try to reach someone else from it it comes back as a mailer deamon account. Not sure what to do about it...Thank you!

In the task startscree you can't see strait away of a task is commented. Would be nice if it would be so. also comments don't show if a task is opened. This makes the commentfunction useless in my opinion
Zoho Links & Notes not supported in Windows 7 with IE 11?
I am using IE 11. please see attached screenshots. I can see the full page in windows xp using IE 8. but not in windows 7 using an updated browser IE 11. doesn't these applications get supported in windows 7 with IE 11?
Taskz on iPad
I am using Tasks in Zoho Mail, and recently download Taskz for my iPad. It synced initially, when I had 1 or 2 Tasks that I entered on my desktop, but I've added 12 more Tasks, and now Taskz simply shows "Loading data..." and never completes. I've uninstall it on my iPad and re-installed, same problem.
In the Zoho Email Tasks App, I can't organize the task categories.
Hi! I did a search and couldn't find anyone else who had this issue so I'm really hoping that I'm just missing the boat a little. I have created several categories for my tasks but I cannot re-order them in any way. They seem to permanently be in the order that I added them. I've tried finding a button to sort them (they could at least be alphabetical, right?), drag and drop, and even checking the settings. I even tried different browsers. Is there a way to re-sort the category names? Thanks!
