POP access blocked
Hi, The POP access has been blocked due to the 1GB limit. I am trying to take a backup of the old email to Gmail to create space, but i guess I have run into the limit. Could this limit or the POP block be removed? Thanks in advance

apple mail app doesn't download some messages via IMAP
Hi, I've recently set up our company's emails via IMAP instead of POP (as I'm not able to login via pop anymore for some reason...) and it seems that not all of new incoming emails are downloaded via Mail app on osx. I can see those mails within zoho web client however... IMAP settings done accordingly to zoho instructions. There are no tags presetted, there is no additional spam filter... Any hints?
Outlook 365 wont connect now since upgrade
Hi not sure if the upgrade is a red herring but I had some issues last week trying to add a diffreent domain to my account but deleted that in the end. in my outlook 365 on my computer (Not OWA) I deleted the hello@openformula account then tried to Add back again. It doesn't matter what setting I try I simply cannot get it to connect. I also have Outlook installed on my laptop which is sending and receiving OK. Please could you investigate why Outlook will not connect for info one ofthe errors

Users Cannot See Past Emails From Group Email
I have added a few users to my email group. However, they are unable to see the emails that have been sent to that group in the past. There is currently no way to do that and it is EXTREMELY important! I have tried sharing the folder with the emails with the users. However, they cannot use the search feature on shared emails now. Why?! I need my users to be able to have past emails from the group I have added them to.

Ootlook 2026 can send and receive. Outlook 2013 can receive but not send

Create a simple email listing
I've spent the entire day attempting and researching how I can create a simple email list. I need to send regular emails out to 2 different groups of people and would like to create listing for each. Too timely to drag each name into the TO field with each email. At the present, I've created a group called "MA Board" and was able to only add @seatrailma.com (our domain) email addresses. Hello, I just setup Zoho with my domain and I'm liking it so for. Although, Through some testing I've noticed that I'm not able to receive any emails. I can send emails without a problem. Except to @mail.com participants, for some reason my mails end up in the trash for them. I've tried sending mail to myself with (Hotmail, Gmail, Mail, & Yandex) without any success. All the email senders are whitelisted so they don't get marked by spam. I set everything up correctly and according to the 'Domain'

Hi I have been alerted recently that some emails are not getting through to me (and not in Spam folder). After some experimentation my wife replied using an aol.com account which failed to send. The technical reasons are below: Could anyone shed any light on this? My Domain is verified with Zoho and has DKIM and SPF authentication so I don't understand why AOL is blocking it (the same aol email account was able to send emails to another email account that I own on 1and1 without any authentication!).
E-mail forwarding randomly doesn't work
Hello, Randomly some e-mails are matching my forwarding filter criteria but are not being forwarded, I know they are matching because in the same rule first it forwards, then it moves to a specific folder and then it is marked as read. The e-mails are being moved and marked, but never reaches its destinations. This happens a lot, and makes me feel very uncomfortable and doubtful about the solution/feature, and this feature is the main reason that made me became a paid customer. You can see the filter

Spam not in default folder on mail Os X
Hi everyone, My default spam folder (imap) is not synchronized with the online folder under Mail for Os X 10.9.5 (Mavericks) Send messages folder, markers and all others are ok, while only spam folder is not inside the default folder but is visible in the bottom folder as you can see in attachments where you find also my setting. It is not a real problem, but is annoying because some notifications remain on my dock, and I am obliged to check and open spam folder to solve manually the issue

Hello, Everything seems apparently OK on Zoho side, and MX entries in Mailgun displays zoho values as it should ! But MAILGUN shows several values for the first “TXT“ entry (as set in my DNS records) and this prevents my domain to be verified, So that I would like to know if this may also prevent from sending mail from Zoho using Mailgun SMTP (details my question here below) : MAILGUN / TXT “current values“ on last DNS check : default value (SPF) : v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all value from zoho (TXT)

I'm trying to add the domain "shiningconcept.co.uk" to my mail account, but I keep getting the following error: The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Can't access ZOHO mail in China
Dear Sir/Madam I live in Beijing China and I use ZOHO to access my e-mails on the web, it's been 3 to 4 days now I can't open ZOHO, neither dashboard nor mail nor contacts nor anything. for the past few days, I couldn't reply to some of my e-mails because it was set that ZOHO will fetch the e-mails and I couldn't open ZOHO. HAVING ISSUES CONNECTING TO ZOHO FROM CHINA
Having trouble logging to zoho from china. I am facing this problem from this morning; I am not sure if it has been partially blocked in China. Its a kind of intermittent. I have tried other browsers and another internet connection but it doesn't help. Can log in at times, but then it just times out. Hope the ZOHO Team will take steps to resolve the issue
