Problemas con Agregar cuenta de correo
Hola Tengo un problema. No puedo agregar más cuentas de correo en "CUENTAS DE CORREO". Anteriormente, logré hacer que funcionara. Pero ahora he probado de todas las formas y no logro hacer que ingresen más cuentas. Saludos y quedo atento a sus comentarios. Pablo

My email was blocked almost a week ago. Despite all the advice on this site nothing works. Says my account cannot be unblocked. Also went looking for 'troubleshoot in the mail control panel - it isn't there!? Have written to support and lodged requests and had no replies. User marked as SPAMMER. Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts.

Email account being hacked
Hi, I received an email said that my zoho email account and personal OS device has been hacked. The strangest thing is this email that I received was from my zoho email account. This is odd! They are asking for money to fix this otherwise they will share my personal contents to all contacts in my phone book. Does anyone get this email? I hope this is a scam! I've been missing e-mails for some time only to realise that they are all going straight to the Trash Folder. And just to clarify I also have zero filters in my account. Does anybody knows how to fix this?

Takes a long time to receive emails
Hi, It is taking a long time to receive emails. I have tried sending emails from gmail to my zoho account(s) and it took 30 min to an hour before the email will appear in the inbox. Can someone take a look and see what's going on? Regards, Allen

Hi, When someone is trying to send emails to empower{at}alpashah.in it gives the error as DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED Few of the emails get through, also I keep getting the prompt that my mx is not configured correctly, it is created and visible when checked through a third party website. Why my account is completely blocked and I cannot unblock? I have sent 2 mails to support@zohomail.com already, but no response either my account became released. For my understanding it's absolutely not acceptable that mail which have sent to my email address seems are deleted by Zoho due to I cannot see them in my mailbox. Mails sent from php mail() not being recieved
Hi There My email liam@splatwebsolutions.co.uk will not receive any emails that are sent by the php mail() function. This is not specific to a server so please don't ask me for logs. Whenever I do a password reset on any site that uses the php mail() function even a class such as PHPMailer, the email is not received in either my main inbox or my spam mailbox. Do Zoho actively block these emails. I have only realised today after about 1 month, and this could be a major problem for me. Thanks

Hi I have configured one email address (custom domain),in Zoho, so I can run my own email from my host Digital Ocean, Which only provide droplets as VMs, so didnt want to create my own mail server Now I am forwarding all mail to the two of us who run our business, these go to our personal gmail accounts In gmail you can configure a "send from" email address and after verification it works great. We currently use our old hosting companies mail servers for this but we will be turning this host off
