Hi, I uploaded the html file and the link works, however the verification fails. Verifcation failed due to host not found The file is at http://themacsfarm.co.uk/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html which is the link on the verification page, and this works fine. So why can't zoho find it? I can't use the other methods. Thanks

Hi, for the last month or so, it seems that certain emails just don't seem to arrive to my mailbox. These are work-related emails, and would be extremely important to receive. I tried to email myself from my gmail account, it worked properly, so it really seems that it is not a constant problem. I have found one of the missing mails in the spam section (don't know why), but the rest are missing entirely. Can you please help me? I can't figure out what the source of the problem could be. Excel Files Wont Download
Whenever, I am trying to download an excel file from zoho my computer is not recognizing the file. So it appears as an excel file on the attachment, but then when downloading it says it is an unknown format. I have tried my other emails and the excel files are downloading fine. It is only zoho. The format of the file is attached.

Adding Gmail and Mac Mail account to Zoho Mail
I REALY want to add my Gmail account and my Mac Mail account to my Zoho Mail. (NOT the other way around) I am finding this nearly impossible to do! I find this incredibly weird in light of the fact that Zoho is supposed to be so easy to set up and use. Doing this in any other email app is a breeze and takes about 5 minutes to do. I have spents days trying to figure out how to do this in Zoho Mail and still cant figure it out. Does anyone know the correct way to do this? Or is it simply not possible?

After I have had a horrible experience with your mail service I chose to delete my account. However you don't even permit me to delete my account! You froze everything in my account: I cannot delete my domain, it says "Operation not permitted"; I cannot delete my organization, it says I must delete my domain first; I cannot delete my account, it says I must close my organization. How do you add a Gmail or Mac Mail account to Zoho Mail?
I am finding it incredibly difficult to add my Gmail account or my Mac mail account to Zoho Mail. I have tried to find instructions for this, and none of them are clear or correct. This seems amazingly difficult to do for what should be something that is very simple to do and should only take a few minutes. How are people doing this? Certainly it must be possible. But I cannot see how to do it. How do you do it?
