How do I get my password for unverified mobile number on your system

But I have already created this account on your system. What is the reason behind this error? is there any way to troubleshoot existing Zoho mail accounts which may have the same issue? Is unblocking process automated or I have to inform every time I get blocked? Please unblock my account and how to avoid such incidence?

If I'm ever terrified about committing to Zoho (and I confess that I sometimes am) it's because of things like this: I tried for the first time to use the Zoho email application. It asks to "Add Mobile Number" and responds with this message: "This mobile number has already been added to your account [true]. Please click on this link to update the number as log-in name." Change domain owner email
Hi, I tried a few days ago to use the free plan for hosting email in Zoho, when I enter the owner email, I enter admin@domain-name.com, and when I shift my hosting the mail server stop working, so I cant access this email at all while I didn't complete the process of hosting my domain email in Zoho. I want to use in the zoho email, two mails who are used in godaddy from my domain, but i want to know if when I create on the dashboard the email from this two mails, what happend with them on godaddy? or zoho automatically export this two emails to the dashboard? not sending or receiving emails through outlook
I understand email went down for a short time. We are able to access our email using the web mail but not when trying to send and receive using outlook. we still cant send or receive using outlook any ideas as to why? Thanks

Problems with Zoho mail
I have a blog with wordpress.com and I purchased a domain with netregistry.com.au. I recently mapped the domain. I successfully registered with Zoho email to get my custom domain email address. When signed into wordpress, I visited store>mydomains>edit domain>edit DNS. As per Zoho email setup advice, I added 2 MX records: 1. mx.zohomail.com at priority 10 & 2. mx2.zohomail.com at priority 20. I seem to be able to receive emails but unable to send them. I don't get any email errors or bounce back

We have two different brands and a parent company. Everyone is employee of the parent company A, but they may also be working under brand name B or C or both. Zoho mail Free is better than ZohoOne mail
I added the mail application to my ZohoOne and now i cannot add anymore mail users. I had to deactivate 8 users for which i used when free and had an email account/address before this What is this? I could have 25 users on the Free plan and now i pay for each email i want under ZohoOne? I thought ZohoOne offered the same email features as Enterprise? It does not!
CNAME not resolving
I set up the MX records, and using a DNS checker I can see they are properly set. However, the CNAME record apparently does not exists. apk file sending is failing from my account
I generally send apk files (zipped) to my contacts from my zoho mail account. Since yesterday it is failing to send it. Either emails are not going to the receiver or going with 0KB attachments. I can send the same file from my gmail account fine to other accounts. But for testing if I send the same file from my gmail account to zoho account, then it is bouncing. Is there any change on zoho email server this week? Why is zoho email account behaving differently from my other email service accounts?

Few days ago zoho starts to not receiving and sending e-mails. Without warnings and errors. Simply stop working. When i try to send test e-mail from my google account to my zoho account, google sends me back something like this: "internal server error".
Verifying domain
I am trying to verify the domain www.kyootm.com. I created the website through www.webs.com. Cloudflare apparently is the DNS host. I'm unsure where to input the CNAME or TXT record. I've tried inputting it into both Webs and Cloudflare, but neither of them seem to work when I go back into Zoho and try to verify it. What am I doing wrong?
