Zoho not processing our site's contact form emails, what could be wrong?
Since we switched to Zoho, messages sent via our site's contact form has stopped working, meaning, our guests emails have stopped getting to us. We use cloudflare DNS server and we've added Zoho's MX, SPF and DKIM records accordingly. Sending and receiving of emails on Zoho works perfectly, but our contact form has stopped working. What exactly do we need to do to get this to work? Thanks in advance. Josef
A problem with the contact form on my website
I'm not sure if this relates to Zoho mail or not, but I wanted to ask help for this issue here. I finished changing the mail server to Zoho. I changed MX record, SPF, and DKIM. Everything is working now as expected except the contact form on my website. When anyone fills the form and hits submit, it shows an error message. Which means it is not able to use the mail address something@mydomain.com to send messages. Is this because the mail and the domain are hosted on two different servers or what??

i'm using micorsoft outlook with imap config and using until 13/10/2017 the microsofy outlook request password when i sync so i input password and the microsoft outlook show popup login again, so i decide to login website with same user and password the result is i can access to webmail without any problem after test with microsoft outlook and web idecide install on livemail and setup mail account the result same as microsoft outlook the message show AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials(Failure)

Exporting zoho mail from another zoho old account
I want to change from my hosting provider, but i want to keep using the zoho mail with all the data and contacts in the old account and hosting, how can i keep using all the data witout losing any information when i changed from one hosting to another. and also the new developer told me that the DNS and the config in the cpanel have to change, so i may loose some data if i dont do this properly.
