Handling of inbound messages where DKIM failed.
I've been missing emails from one of the services that I utilize for the last 5 months. They don't show up in spam, or anywhere else in my mail box. I turns out that something they did broke their DKIM outbound signatures, which I verified by having them send to another mail server. I already let them know that their DKIM is broken, but is there any way to set it so that this particular domain can bypass the DKIM check if it passes SPF?

I can send email but I cannot receive any email
Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and checked my MX records and they are pointing to my domain. I can send emails but I am having difficulty receiving emails. I am NOT receiving any error message when I send an email to the ZOHO email address but there is nothing in my Zoho Inbox. Please look into this and tell me how can I solve this problem. DKIM Validation on Digital Ocean
Hello =) ... I am setting up the e-mails with my zoho account... I have copy and pasted my DKIM authentication keys with my DNS manager (Digital Ocean), I aquired my domain with GoDaddy. Just copy pasted the generated key on the zoho mail manager. I think the keys are well configurated but I am still seeing the error messages from DKIM configuration. I don't know hat I am doing wrong, I think it has something to do with Some digital Ocean restriction maybe. Or maybe a Rails restriction, I am using

I signed up for zoho today, however it made me use my hotmail email address so now instead of using my first and last name when sending emails its using the nickname associated with the hotmail address. Display Images automatically
I have no objections with Zoho mail features so far. But would love if there's a setting to change image preferences. It would be nice if the images in an email are displayed automatically rather than asking each time and clicking it to display images. I assume this has been requested a number of times from user around the world in the last 5 years. Please provide this feature.

Dear zoho team, I do not understand how much will I be charged if I upgrade my account. So far I'm using free princing for testing but my aim is to create different accounts on different domains as the example you'll find below: I need to manage abc.com and dfg.com domains with 2 email accounts each. SPAM IS RIDICULOUS
What has just happened with ZOHO? We are now getting inundated with SPAM. This is ridiculous...its worse than Yahoo. Our filters are fine. ZOHO needs to start getting more aggressive with this. This could be curtailed quite a bit I would think at the admin level and needs to be addressed. The quality of the user experience is declining quickly. Thank you.
