I've downloaded the Zoho Exchange Migration Wizard and would like to import my emails from a pst file. When I select pst and next, I'm prompted for a Login email and password. Nothing I enter is recognized: "No Such User. Try Again." I've tried logging in with the super admin account and others, but nothing works. If I click on Settings, I see a number of fields. About Blocking Email due to Exceeding Limits (over 5GB)
Hi admin, our host (admin: duyvu@homeoffice.com.vn) has been blocked this morning because of exceeding limit. From then on, my boss can not send any kind of email or receive emails. We didnt get any support except the email annouced that our host is blocked. There is no any help, no any instructions or suggestions to solve this problem. So please tell us how to continue use our host. We try to delete many mails as many as possible but nothing happens. So how can we unblock our host and back to work.
