HI, I have a Zoho mail free account with a limitation to send 50 mails per user. My Qs is do i get to send more mails if I sign up for a paid account? As this limitation is leading to my account getting blocked! I get a mail saying that the account is bloacked because the number of emails sent were higher ( probably then the limit) After clicking on unblock link it starts working again. I would like this blocking to be automatically removed in my account the next day. Pls provide more info on the

Postfix emails flagged as SPAM by Google
Hi - trying to setup my centos server to send Zoho emails using Postfix. Everything is working correctly, except Gmail flags all the messages from my server (Postfix) as Spam. The SPF and DKIM records are set and verified. One thing I've noticed is that on Gmail, if I check the message headers, under authentication-results, it only lists the SPF and it's a pass. DKIM is not showing. Checking messages coming from a different server, it shows also DKIM as pass. Can someone point me in the right direction?

outgoing mail is disabled
One of the mail users outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. facepisec@facepi.com.br is the email address. Please unblock. Thanks.

HI Zoho mail will not let me use my mail. I am still being asked gor which plan then being told my domain is already registered. However it is not letting me use the mail. Can't delete mail alias
I can't delete a mail alias, and my privious post was deleted. I don't know when I created lean****@zoho.com but I misspeled it. Later, I configured my domain and created lean****@bechlab.com I can't delete the first @zoho.com account, now it's stuck there as an alias and the main address from which mails are sent.

Outlook Exchange not sync well
Good morning, I've already post a thread but it not yet approved! My problem is that it's few days that my Outlook clinet doesn't sync emails. My Outlookk account use an Exchange sync with the msync.zoho.com (as your instructions) and untill next week all emails were regularly present in Outlook. Now it download just the last ones and not the older. The Contacts are syncronized regularly. What is the problem? Regards Max
Setting up is really painful
Hi guys I'm trying to set up my domain in zoho mail, firstly it simply wont let me and now it has blocked my IP address. It took me about 15 trys just to get past the signup screen because of ambiguous "error occurred" issue. Why are you making it so difficult for us to give you money? SPF won't validate
The SPF feature won't validate for me. I have made sure the TXT file at my DNS is correct but Zoho still indicates it is not working (it has the ! triangle next to the domain name in control panel).

I keep sending a code but don't get anything in my new created POP3 account. I was trying to go to enable through settings, but it still says: Email Address should be verified to enable sending from this account. Provide confirmation code in Send Mail as section or POP Accounts section to verify.
