suddenly unable to receive mail, sending still seems to work
I've been using zoho mail for my email account for almost a year now with not many issues but suddenly i've been told that mail sent to my primary address on zoho is getting rejected i'm using hover as my registrar and i think that i've prepared most of the settings as zoho requests on their many documentations any ideas on what can be causing this?

I've been using zoho as my mail client for almost a year now with little problem but suddenly this morning i've been experiencing an issue with mail sent from gmail based addresses i've tried to adjust my dns settings per all your documentation but i continue to receive the following response: Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error: 79382085 DNS type 'mx' lookup of ahn.space responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: ahn.space Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I currently have Office365 for my email, but I want to cancel it (it's through GoDaddy) and use ZohoMail instead. I need two things: 1) I need help knowing which records to delete in GoDaddy's DNS records so that Office365 doesn't get recognized anymore. 2) I need my zbcode, because it's telling me it's required to verify the domain through GoDaddy. Sync.zoho.com seems not working well on Outlook
Hello, it's few days that on my Outlook client the sync with Zoho Mail doesn't work well, as it doesn't dowlonad ALL the emails, but just few. If I delete the account on my Outlook and then I create it again the sync is ok, but after few minutes all the email downloaded disappear and it start to sync agin but just the last ones. Please help us asap. Our mail accounts at boamar.com cannot send mail at all, even a new account just created got the error 554 5.1.8 Sender address blocked. We acknowledge that one time we use one account to send mail possibly tagged as a campaign mail. The nature of our business is to design and manufacture swimwear clothes. From now we just need and will use mail only for communication purposes with our clients and coworkers. Looking forward a response.

I am unable to receive emails to my Zoho email from any other email. Understanding Email Forwarding
i'm wanting to create an email address for somebody using my domain, but do not want to give them any rights or access to it on zoho. so basically an alias, but... not, i guess. looks like what i need to create is an "Email Forwarder" - but that still requires (as far as i can tell) me to create a "user account" for them. okay, so i created an account and then i DISabled both IMAP & POP options. then i set the "Forwarder address" to their own normal email address (comcast/gmail type). the system

Create a new user failed and now I cannot recreate user with the same name.
When I created a new user it failed for some reason. Now when I try and re-create the same user it tells me that I cannot create that user as it already exists but I cannot see the user in the user list. I have also noticed that if I do try and create the user they appear in the invited user list.
