Difference between mail account size and usage limit
Hi, We have and professional account and we notice something that's a little confusing. There's an account which has about: 386MB on Account Size (Settings > Mail Accounts). But when admin goes to usage it shows: 78% of 5120MB (Control Panel > Mail Accounts > user@domain) What the difference between this numbers (Size and Usage)? Why size changes for each account? Dear Zoho Team, Our mail Id's registered with Zoho (azhar@scopefreight.in, faizal.ma@scopefreight.in, info@scopefreight.in, sea@scopefreight.in, air@scopefreight.in) are being blocked from incoming mails, we were not able to receive mail for the past two days, but we send mails from the above said Id's without interruption. User in invitation list

Hi, I've moved my mailhosting for divinegraceenterprises.com to zoho and have been adding users. However one user email address keeps getting added to the Invitation List. I can delete info@divinegraceenterprises.com from the list but when I try to add it again I get a message flash up at the top of the screen which disappears too quickly to read. Long delay in email updating
Over one month ago my email began not updating in a timely interval. Instead it might update every 24 hours or longer. When I click on the refresh button (right of the Compose button) the email will suddenly start pouring in, however it appears out of chronological order. I have to click on the Date sort button twice; first to sort it properly except that results in oldest mail on top, the second time to sort it with newest email on top, which is my preference.
