Why zoho email is slow to receive emails in Outlook
We configurate our emails with Outlook and sometimes we have to wait 30 minutes to receive an email. We configurate to receive emails and send emails each 1 minutes. But the same we are receiving emails so slow. Please can you help me, many thanks

DKIM not passing check
Hello, I have problem while using Spam Test for my campaign emails. The DKIM signature appears to be invalid, but the public key is correct. The message I get in the header is: dkim=failreason="verification failed; unprotected key". The DKIM is verified in Zoho Control Panel, I've checked the public key and it seems to be valid. I'm using a DigitalOcean droplet.

Email: "Insert Table" keeps resizing the cells as I type
I want to insert a table with 14 rows and 5 columns. Easy. As I type in each of the cells, the cells keep resizing as the more characters are inputted. Frustrating. How do I keep the cells to stay/keep/maintain the initial size if all the small amount of characters fit into the cell?

Mail Boxes in new version shows (undefined) and (NaN)
In the new version of Mail, all of the mailboxes are showing "undefined" and "NaN" rather than the number of unread emails. Sure makes it hard to know if I need to check a particular mailbox.

Spam - Significant Increase in past week
Over the past week the amount of Spam making it past the spam filters has increased dramatically. Until this time the spam filters worked very well. Mail STILL not working - emails still not being received
This is now the fourth week of this and still our emails are being trapped. We've had assurances from Zoho that they've fixed this, unfortunately it's not the case. BUG: Trying to add user.
Trying to add this user: larry@healthhaven.com Instead of creating the user, your system indicates that it is sending an invitation to the user. The user does NOT exist. Therefore we have no way of receiving the invitation. The user is part of the domain hosted with Zoho mail. There would appear to be no logical reason to send an invitation to a new user that is part of the hosted domain. Can someone please fix this so that we can create the user.
webmail - send to address keeps disappearing
In zoho webmail, when I try to compose an email to send, the send to address keeps disappearing when I tab out of the field. Even if I don't tab out of the field, if I just click the Send button - the send to address disappears. I keep getting the error message that I need to enter a send to address. Not good - help please !

I've emails from two different domains in Zoho. I added both emails in CloudMagic, and everything seems to work. But when I receive an email, it arrives in both email accounts. What am I doing wrong?
Email Template with Attachment
I have created an email template. I have a pdf document that I always want attached to the email, so I attached it to the template and saved it. This worked flawlessly for several months. I would open the template to create a new email, and my pdf would be there. Lately, though, it seems that the attachment is disappearing. I will reattach the pdf, save the template, test it with two or three emails, but will come back later and it is gone. It seems to be some sort of bug in the webmail code.

Hi, I've tried to set up my Zoho email account so that it forwards all incoming emails to a gmail account I use [settings, email forwarding and pop IMAP, email forwarding, Forward a copy of incoming message to:] . Template with Attachment
I have a template that I have used over and over for several months with a pdf attachment without any issues. Lately the pdf has been disappearing from the template. I reattach it, resave the template, test and retest, and then I come back to mail at a later time and the template is just gone.

Since yesterday the webmail has the "Unable to connect to messaging server. Connecting in XX seconds Try Now" permanently. To check new mails I have to reload the page everytime. My connection works just fine and it's not slow. What's up?
