i have two questions 1) how do i import contacts from zoho crm to zoho mail? i have over thousand email in zoho crm 2) how do i change my email adress to the one i sign into crm to use on the zoho mail?
Account Blocked (I guess)
I need to send emails from my corporate account email and Outlook asks me every time my account password, I input the correct information and It is rejected. I guess my email account has been blocked. Could you please check this problema and tell me the reason. Always please let me know the steps I have to follow the next time that this happen. Emails sends to hotmail account domains reach the recipient as SPAM the first time
Every time i send an email to a Hotmail domain it is flagged as SPAM or located in the JUNK folder. If the user finds the emails and watch it, the next time it arrives normarly. Looks like the ZOHO SMTP Servers that the company uses for the free Zoho users has been included in the black list by Microsoft (Outlook).

More mail issues
After the imap issues yesterday my iMac is still having problems. It is continuously trying to download thousands of emails, and then it hangs the mail program. At one point yesterday it said it was downloading 80,000 emails! The number seems to change, it's trying to download a few hundred at one point, then several thousand. It never completes anything before freeezing the mail app. Today I've had out of memory error messages twice. I have 32 gb of memory on board (functioning - i checked)

Opening PDF in Outlook
I'm having issues opening PDF documents in outlook when downloaded from my zoho account. Not a supported file or the file has been damaged or has not decoded properly. Other forum point towards the mail provider having the issue, is this something that can be resolved?

Hi, when i add user info@skirental.si user is not added and invitation is sent to this email address. User with email address does not exist in user list. This is big issue for us because mail address is published on most of the publications and advertising.
Gmail Gives An Error When I Try to Add Alias Email
My main email address with Zoho is working in Gmail - I can fetch and send in the Gmail client with POP setup. However, I cannot add an alias email in Gmail. I have just set up the free email account with zoho. I finished all the configuration and sent a test email to my outlook.com account only to find out that the mail sent from zoho ended up in the spam folder. I used mxtoolbox.com to check for mx servers and it shows that the ip address corresponding to mx.zoho.com (50.87.144.105 ) is blacklisted in various lists. I went onto each of the lists websites and tried to delist the ip, but I wasn't available to do it in all of them. Is Zoho staff aware

We just migrated to Zoho and we are getting undeliverable errors with : 554 Error_Code 5.7.1 The message from ______ with subject _____ matches a profile the internet community may consider spam. Please revise message before sending. Even revising the message will not work. FILTERS STOP WORKING
Hi, Since a while ago, every time I create a new folder for a new address of incoming email, and I want to create a filter for it, when I go to the filter option, and I want to select the folder were it should go, it doesn´t show. But if I go and chech for the folder created is there. Its only that the filter option doesnt show the new folder. Trouble embedding Zoho Mail in to wordpress
I've had a look for topics on this, but can only find people trying to embed other Zoho apps like calendars, forums or reports. Is embedding the Mail web interface in to other sites supported? I've installed the plugin to enable iframe tags on my Wordpress site and can embed Zoho Mail in an iframe, but it's almost non-interactive. I can switch folders and right click for menus, but can't view emails or select anything on the right click menu, and any email I select stops showing as bold (unread)
