Mails not being received
Hello, I have registered 'www.ishajhunjhunwala.com' for emails with Zoho and have added the necessary MX entries. However, I am able to send emails but not receive any. Kindly provide guidance on this matter. Thanks.
550 Error when receiving emails

I am unable to receive emails sent internally from my webserver
I have a webserver act-management.com. I send emails from my webserver using my zoho mail accounts. My emails are going out fine and the external domains are getting my emails fine but any emails I send to myself on my own domain hosted with zoho I don't receive. Below is my spf info, mx record info and ip associated to server. I can send fine to and from my internal email accounts if I am using outlook or the webclient but when sent from the webserver any emails addressed to my own domain email

Spam Mails
Hi Guys, i recently noticed all sort of spam/scam mails on my inbox. I blocked the mail addresses & domains on anti-spam setting, but the same emails kept coming back to my inbox. This is serious as the spammers are using my email address to spam people. For example; the header of the spam mail will shows "ACCESS BANK" <john.doe@mydomain.net>. Error configuration CNAME

Two accounts for the same domain
I created an account for my domain, setup hosting and all is working perfectly. I used <firstname>.<lastname>@<mydomain> as the account administrator I forgot that I had created an account earlier with <firstname>@<mydomain> as the administrator, but not completed it as the domain registration process was still in train. Can't receive mail
I have my Zoho mail (paul@konteksto.com) forwarded to a Microsoft Outlook.com address as a send-and-receive-as account. I can currently send email as my Zoho account, but Outlook.com cannot receive emails, even though the settings (Port 995, SSL) for POP access are correct. Any suggestions?

Hello guys. Recently I've been experiencing some issues related to my zoho imap accounts. About a week ago I had to manually unlock my IMAP settings under the old control panel because apparently it was blocked for "too many connections". Zoho Filter not working for bugzilla emails
There are two types of major problems with how filtering is designed in Zoho. 1. All filters that you create, always create two parameters as follows Subject - Most people don't send emails with same subject. If they do they might be topic based which are obviously short lived. There is usecase for subject based filtering but they certainly do not make sense to be default filter type. To/Cc - For someone who has only one user this is pretty silly to set. Outgoing emails are delayed in reaching the destination
This issue is happening again. There are no errors and seems like the emails are going out but they are delayed in reaching the other end. This is happening with SMTP and Webmail.

Mail not ordered by recieved date in Spam folder
I have a task to check the emails in the vast spam folder that mail be legitimate. This is made harder by the fact that the spam folder does not order by the "Received:" date but by the "Date:" claimed by the sender. Remember the sender is a spammer - scum - a liar - trickster, a dishonourable conman and this ruse is just another way to get their mail read and discussed. You are helping them. Hello all, I was trying to change the email address I use for my business, and goofed up. I want to change: kp@domainname.com to kevmp@domainname.com I would then set up an alias that forwards emails sent to kp@ to kevmp@. Message content not downloading in IMAP
Since last night, IMAP only downloads headers but not the content of messages. This occurs despite the fact that the account is configured to automatically download both headers and content. It works fine on the iPhone and Webmail, but not in Outlook. Please help. Many thanks.
Zoho msmtp hanging
I have setup msmtp to talk to zoho and gmail. Gmail works just with different username, hostname, password. For Zoho it connects successfully and starts exchanging messages. But at some point it hangs. Not clear why.
