$10 hold on card but domain did not go thru???
I was paying for a domain it said check card info" and now the $10 is on hold so I cant run it agian..How do I fix this
Passwords are changed when email forward feature is selected
This recently happened to me and to at least two other users. Selected email forward option, with copies NOT remaining at Zoho. Next time I tried to web login to the same account, the password for the account was no longer valid. The other users I spoke with had to reset the password from the SuperAdmin account. Unfortunately for me, the account I forwarded was the SuperAdmin account. Though I am able to receive emails that are forwarded as directed, the zoho password reset feature WILL NOT SEND
Integrate contact manager and mail better
Good Day I make use of your contact manager as well as the mail service. I see that if I am in Contact Manager and I want to send a mail to a contact is is easy, but when I am in Mail why no integrate it so that it picks up my contact from contact manager? The reason I do not like to mail directly from contact manager is because I have signatures I use in the Zoho Mail which need to be included. A bit better integration between these 2 apps would make it unbeatable.

I have just started trying to use Zoho and am clueless as to what I am doing... I had hired someone to create a web site for me and, as part of that, he was supposed to set up Zoho for my email (this is a small business). I wanted it to be a POP3 account, but he set it up as IMAP because HE thought it should be that way. When I asked him to change it to POP3, he quit! I have now changed it to POP3 myself (at least, I think I did) but it doesn't seem to be working properly and I'm not sure what
Sent email delivered to outlook
When I send an email through a browser on Zoho Mail the sent email also lands in my Outlook program when I do a send/receive on that. How can I stop this?

Outgoing email blocked because of exceeding quota
We have a problem with one of our emails being blocked because it exceeded the outgoing email quota. That makes no sense since that email is just sending regular emails with no major attachments or anything. Why is that? Any idea how we can fix it? Thank you

blocked outgoing e-mail
Hello, please unlock outgoing mail for my main user aria**@institutocdi.org.br, it got blocked under the reason Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=10 ] . Zoho webmail works, email clients don't
Dear Zoho team, I had my domain comniversal.com registered with Zoho and webmail works just fine. However, I never managed to get any email client work with Zoho despite the fact that I set all configuration as instructed on Zoho website. Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account arttantra in Zoho Mail and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email id i created was shubha@arttantra.com and shuba@arttantra.com how can i rectify this? I've also mailed to support@zohomail.com haven't got any updates from them yet :|
Route 53 Does Not Allow Two Nameless (Blank) MX Records
I successfully added Zoho's first MX record using a blank name in Route 53. However, when I try to add the second MX record, I get an error: "Tried to create resource record set [name='example.com.', type='MX'] but it already exists" Obviously I swapped the actual domain with example.com just for this post, and I assume it probably goes without saying that "@" doesn't work in Route 53 fwiw. Do I really need the secondary MX record? If so, what do you recommend as a solution? Sincere thanks in advance,
Email I sent from my gmail never gets to zoho inbox
Hi, So I sent emails from gmail several times to my zoho email account, but none of them shows up on my zoho email inbox. Sending emails does not even return errors and they are just gone. Sending/receiving emails within zoho emails work, but I can't access any emails outside of it. Any ideas? (haven't been getting any confirmation emails from mailchimp, gmail....etc)
