outgoing mail blocked
My outgoing mil is blocked because I tried to send a large amount of recipients. I cannot unblock it because I had to try it three times. Can you please unblock the outgoing mail for me. I cancelled the large email I was trying to send.

Hi, I have been testing sending emails from my account. It is receiving emails ok but when I send an email to my hotmail account the email never appears....there are not error messages to say the email cannot be sent, please help!!!!
Domain locked to Zoho
Hi, I have my domain name linked to a free email account with Zoho. I have access to my domain name information with the provider etc, however I have forgotten my Zoho login password and do not have access to my old personal email I used for the reset password function. How can I have my domain name 'released' from the Zoho account??? I went to sign up a new account using my domain name, however it says its already with Zoho. I don't want to go to another provider in case my emails go to my zoho
Unreliable mail delivery
Hi, I have notice that some emails seam to be blacklisted or even blocked. I can not receive any emails from them. And that seams to be consistent issue. My guess that is due to region blocking I am form Lithuania (Eastern Europe) and the emails in question were too. Strange thing is that some other emails form region works and the ones that don't are not even listed under spam just never received. I realize that changing region blocking policies is probably not happening so this is also a question

Need more info regarding changing email hosting to Zoho
Previous mail hosting service was dropped and need more information to edit CName list. Do I need to change the following Host Points To to a Zoho? Will I need to change MX? Are other edits needed? e email imap mail mobilemail pda pop smtp webmail I have added my Zoho assigned CName host and the "points to" per setup instructions. After doing this I am not able to verify after 48 hours. Thank you

I get a 553 Relaying disallowed error when sending a email to my email account... I can send emails fromand they are received but can not send emails to it! HELP!
Not receiving mail, configured mx records correctly
I just signed up my domain (fractured.io) for zoho, added the mx records to it and I have confirmed that they have been properly added, but I still can't receive any mail but I can send mail fine.
No Incoming mail even after you claim it has been fixed.
Haven't received any incoming mail for nearly 18 hours. I can send mail from my account to my account but nothing from 3rd party accounts like everyone else. Obviously in desperate need of my email being fixed. When can I expect to be back online?
Customer complaining of receiving multiple times same mails
We have configured Zoho Free 10 users with MS Outlook client as a POP client as follows: Outlook 2010 with Windows 7 Outlook 2013 with Windows 8 The machines are configured for different mail users. However, whenever both are sending mails out, people are complaining of receiving the same mail for atleast 7 to 8 times. Kindly suggest and help.
Never received zoho acct confirmation email at aol address. Can't send zoho email.
I set up a https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/email (while logged into Zoho) to request another confirmation, but I still didn't get anything at the aol email address. My Zoho email profile says that I am "Not confirmed yet". I am concerned that I will get locked out of my Zoho email account until my Zoho profile says "Confirmed". Even while logged into Zoho I can't send email.
Yahoo, Gmail, AOL and FastMail all have implemented DKIM for spam control when will Zoho do the same?
As stated in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail DKIM is widely implemented and can form part of a spam control solution (it does for some pretty large mail providers). I get too many emails through to my inbox that are clearly spam and I want Zoho to do / be better.
Not able to add user
I am trying to add new user ashish@pourbrands.com but I get an error that user already exists. I do not see the user added in my list. Could you please delete the user if already exists, so that I can create again, or provide me access of this account?

I have added my domain and it is verified, but I can't receive emails.

Hi everyone. I am not receiving email on any of the accounts for my domain (redtrainwebservices.com). I can send email from those email addresses without a problem, but I cannot receive mail on any account. Unstable work of Mail
We have noticed some unstable work of mail servers. Outlook shows disconnection status every 2 minutes, sometimes it states that cannot find server. We have tried through different server providers. Same problems. Connecting web interface also shows some lags as it refreshes with delays. Thank you

I can not seem to access my mail via IMAP for the last 20-30 minutes. Even ping of imap.zoho.com returns request timeout. Is this a server issue or a problem on my end?

why tasks assigned to another person show up on their calenders?
I am assigning tasks to other persons, both from my personal and groups, and the tasks do not show up in the persons calender view, why not? should a date specific task, which all are, show up on either the personal calender of the person it is assigned to, or if it was assigned under a group, in the assigned persons calender view for that group?

Hello, I don't see anywhere that I can view an email that I am composing in html. If I could view the html, I could modify a table and make other changes that are currently very cumbersome with your editor. Is there a way edit the html, or do you foresee allowing this in the future?

Importing Outlook Groups, and setting up new mailing groups in Zoho
Hi I have recently set up my Zoho Account but am going round in circles trying to work out how to set up lists of recipients of emails. I want to be able to do what Outlook does - call a group "friends" and add individual email addresses from my contacts so that when I want to send an email to "Friends", all I need type in the "To" box is "Friends" not each and every recipient individually. How do I do this? I do NOT want to have to send them all an invite to join a Zoho Group. Paul H
