Parent folder of unread messages is marked as read
Hi, I have this problem: I have created several filters so that mails end up in the correct mail folder. However, when I have new mails and they are marked as unread, I cannot see them, because the folder is marked READ. I cannot open 10+ folders just to check if there are new messages, that would make filters useless! Any idea what I can do? thanks, marc
wrong translation in Zoho mail
Hi, I have set my Zoho Mail to German. When responding to a mail, the referenced mail starts with: ---- Ein Mo, 15 Dez 2014 18:29:06 +0100 <milan.teply@email.cz> hat geschrieben ---- Which is wrong in German. Could I have contact to the translation team in order to correct this? At least the "Ein" should be changed to "Am". Thanks, marc
webmail client downloads images automatically?
It seems that the webmail client always downloads inline images from an external site. Can this be disabled? This is a sure way to get your mail-address on every spam-list out there due to pixel-tracking.
How to search and find all emails of the 2013
Dear All, I would like to ask you if there is any way to find all my SENT emails of the year 2013. In the image below (Advanced search) I can find all the emails but if I do not write a text then I have a pop up window 'Enter some text to search'. If I enter some text then I think it will not show me all the SENT emails 2013 but the mails which contains this text. So what should I write in the Subject Contains field to get ALL the SENT emails of the year 2013?
Relate an Email to a Contact?
Is there anyway to compose a new email and have it related to a contact? For example, say I'm sending my office manager an email about a specific customer and I want that email message saved to the contact account just like it would if I sent that contact an email so any time I'm in that contacts account I'll see any emails related to that contact. Email does not automatically logout when you turn off computer. I had to do a quick email check before I went to work in the AM. I was in a rush and didn't have time for proper loguot etc. I closed the browser and shut down the computer. The following day midday at home I urned on the computer and went to check my email. exclude ip address from anti-spam checks
Hello, How do I exclude a specific IP address from anti-spam checks? I added the ip address to the "inbound gateway" settings, as it seems the most natural option as it's mostly the gateway's responsibility to do the spam checking. However, Zoho still labels any mail received through this system as "spam". PS: I'm not interested in whitelisting individual e-mail addresses or domains. Please do not suggest this option, as it does not solve my problem.

How do Government Customers Handle Email Records Keeping Requirements without a Journal Account?
Government customers using Zoho surely have to deal with records keeping requirements for email. As Zoho does not offer a Journal account (think Exchange Server) that acts as a catch-all for sent and received email, how do you meet the records keeping requirements for your state? Zoho does allow a forward email address for outgoing mail. However, there is no auto Bcc or similar function available. How do you work around this issue government customers?
Not receiving most emails to my domain
Hi, I can send and receive just fine with my @zoho.com address. The problem is I cannot receive most emails to my custom domain name and the one user account I have setup for it for myself. Calendar Synchronization. Google Calendar Sync interval? I have successfully logged into my Google calendar from Zoho (Sync setup), and I now have entered items on the Google calendar and on the Zoho calendar; however neither of them can be ssen on the other. What is the interval for syncing? That is, how often is the actual synchronization done. It had been over 30 minutes now and still no sync. Syncing Calendar Contacts with Outlook
We have just started using Zoho Mail, and I was hoping to use MS Active Sync to sync contacts & calendar between Outlook and the companies Blackberrys. I found out that MS Active Sync is only available for mobile devices, so I presume it will work on the Blackberrys? So if it does, the problem of syncing the Blackberrys and Zoho is solved. But the main problem is syncing outlook and Zoho. Is there a plugin for this? Or can MS Active Sync be made to work for Outlook? Thanks

Hello, Very new to this, I did try the search function but couldn't find an answer. I have purchased a new business domain from Strikingly.com in return for which they host my site for free. In the free package however they only offer 3 email addresses and besides I want the functionality of Zoho Mail. Has anyone linked a domain held on Strikingly to Zohomail?And if I can do this will I be still restricted to 3 email addresses or can I have as many as are allowed in Zoho? Thank you in advance,

Changing mail window sizes
Hi, I have this problem: when I want to add a mail contact as a Lead to CRM, the window for adding the contact information opens. However, this almost covers all of the e-mail, so it's difficult to see the contact details in the e-mail. I can resize the upper window that lists all the mails, but I can NOT resize the lower window for the CRM details. Is there a way to resize this or to show more of the original mail? Hi I cannot work out how to change the Super Admin for my email account In the CRM I have added a user called superadmin@resortpromotionsgroup.com this is the current SUPER ADMIN. When I first signed up..I used an account called mark@new-media-designs.com. If I log in using the superadmin@ I do not get the control panel button. I sign in as mark@new-media-designs.com and get the control panel. I then hit edit...and got the drop down box to change the Super Admin....this box does not populate

Spam filter
Hello, As of about 2 weeks ago I started seeing a large amount of spam in my inbox. Many are the same as or similar to spam emails which were previously blocked. Has something changed with your spam filter? I mark each message as spam, but continue to receive the same spam mail. Thank you.
