Unable to Verify domain hosted by 1and1
Hi, I cannot verify. When i go to my domain it reverts me to zoho and then fails verification. I've waited a couple hours after adding the subdomain and the cname. I've triple checked it. Is it normal for my browser to suddenly point to zoho? I'm not sure what to do next.

Issue with mobile sync
Hello all, There appears to be an issue with mobile sync (msync.zoho.com) in particular on the iPhone, where mail is not being downloaded. At least not all. All settings have been correctly checked and verified including mail days to sync, push to folders and accounts enabled for mobile sync. Hello everybody, I'm mainly using Zoho mail on a computer (free plan) I tried to set up on my Android cell phone and did the big mistake to use the famous K9 client. As a result, I can't receive messages anymore. I assume the limit of 20 IMAP connections is outdated . suppressing the main email account and displaying the aliases
I prefer to email through my aliases rather than the main account name. Is there a way to suppress the main account's email address in the From field dropdown and only display the aliases when composing a new email? for example, if i have Mark_Porter@email.com as the main account and i have two aliases: MPorter@email.com and Mark@email.com . I never use Mark_Porter and would like to suppress it. That way, i never choose it by mistake. Thanks!

Custom URL access portal, but the logo and entered URL back to zoho url

Difficulty with Outlook 2003 (not sending)
I'm using imap with Outlook 2003, two iPads and two iPhones. The IOS systems are working fine and I am able to receive messages from Outlook 2003. However, outbound messages are not working. Outlook indicates that the message is being sent but it hangs and never completes the task. The status message that hangs says the task has completed but the message is sent immediately to the outbox and never departs. Thanks

Hi everyone, This is very frustrating; I'm trying to connect my zoho account to mail, but when mail asks me to enter my username and password mail gives me this message : "Logging to the IMAP server "imap.zoho.com" failed. hi, i know that this has been another topic, but i haven't seen customer-side resolutions. i have configured my email on my iphone5 and can receive mail but cannot send. my account is set up using the imap server and two factor authentication. my outgoing server settings are: host: smtp.zoho.com user name: [mine] password: [tfa] use ssl: on authentificaton: Password server port: 465 when i press done, it goes through its process and verifies everything. but it still won't send an email.

Dear Friends, When I signed up for zoho mail I used a netzero account as my registration email. I want to change this to a Verizon account, because I want to close out my netzero account.
