Unable to set outlook 2007 and unable to create email address from my domain
Recently bought a package, I tried to set outlook, but unable because they require password all the times. I have already enabled my POP, Also I tried to create different users from my domain: www.nepalhikingteam.com but says I have created max user, through I have created only one account so far. What to do now? I got lots of trouble and I might switch the plan if not got the solution. Waiting your reply
Email address Drops off in draft
Why when I start an email with the email address for the recipient and then I SAVE DRAFT and when I go to drafts to open it the recipients email address has dropped off. This has not happened BEFORE!
Incoming mail delay in Entourage for Mac 2008
Hi, I have recently started using Zoho Mail. Everything seems fine but I am facing delays in receiving emails on my Entourage for Mac. Mails are received on time on the webmail and even on my Iphone but when I refresh on the Entourage, it takes at least 10 minutes to receive the emails. Please advice. Thanks. Hiten
CNAME Code
Hi, I did not write down my unique CNAME code when setting up my zoho mail account. I can't work out how to generate a new code. I logged into my super admin, but can't see the ! to generate a new code. Can you please help?
How & where to Login?
Hello (Sorry if I appear weird, as I am totally baffled using this service) 1. While signing in, the ID used (Admin ID of domain, to be used for login at Zoho) is nowhere to be seen/used. 2. The Contact email (once verified) appeared on top, used to show as "logged in from" ... strange 3. Next I input Admin email for this account and password. Now I am not sure how and where to Log In. (I opened two accounts here, as I was not sure I understood correctly understood the procedure.) Everywhere it shows

Issue with Outlook for Mac
The last few days I experienced problems by using Outlook for Mac (Office 365` for Mac). First of all I'm not able to find almost half of my incoming messages to my Inbox folder while I'm sending outgoing messages I cannot find it in the Sent folder! Can't get IMAP access.
Hello, I seem to be having trouble setting up IMAP email in Thunderbird and my iPhone. I keep getting a "check username or password" error for both. So far I've: 1. Verified that IMAP is set to enable on my Zoho settings page. 2. Verified all my server settings are correct in both devices - for both incoming and outbound servers 3. Set up temporary POP accounts on both devices to see if that was working - which it did flawlessly. So what might be going on? POP works

Hi. When people see my email they see it coming from mightym0729 which is my yahoo email. I set this email up with you at Zoho to have a separate email that I can receive emails and send emails from pattyshealthbeauty@zoho.com I did go and put pattyshealthbeauty@zoho.com as the primary email but for some reason the mightym0729 keeps showing up and confuses people who get my emails. migrating emails downloaded to zoho via pop3
This account has several pop3 accounts configured to download email and delete from the host server. So the only existing copies of these emails are in zoho. I'd like to migrate them to another host. According to this thread I can't get IMAP access to the other pop3 accounts. So while I think I can download these emails as files (havent tried) The new provider only allows migration from IMAP. Some messages won't download from Zoho mail account via POP

Mail is flowing into the account OK and messages are visible in the web interface, but not all messages (particularly recent) are being pulled off in POP access to the Zoho account. One of three email addresses not receiving mail
I just switched my mail from Go Daddy to Zoho. I have changed the MX records and they test ok through MXtoolbox.com: In fact, two of the email addresses at that domain are receiving email. One address, however, returns this error: I looked at other threads, but it looked like the usual problem was that the MX wasn't changed. Is this an issue that the DNS just hasn't resolved yet?

Tag an email onto lead
I want to tag the emails both in and out to a lead so I have a complete understanding of all communications. Obviously the outbound emails save to the lead, but not inbound. Can anyone help??

Second user email getting 550 error - not receiving
My main email works fine, however my second email info@ can only send email out, however will not receive. When trying with my gmail I get 550 error message. It appears that all users have been verified.
Mail forward not working
Hi Forum, No matter what I try, I can't forward any emails. I've tried forwarding to different domains (live.com and gmail.com), and regardless if I wait 5 minutes or more, no mails are being forwarded (not in junk/spam holder either). Any idea why that is the case? Thanks, Thomas

I have an issue with Zoho Server when I'm using Outlook Mac
The last few days and from time to time I'm not able to see over the half of my Inbox messages when I'm using Outlook for Mac to access the Zoho Server. Moreover when I'm sending an outgoing message ,I'm not able to find it onto Sent Folder. At the same time when I use Zoho Mail everything is visible without having any issue.
Increasing Spam
Good morning Ive been getting an uncontrollable amount of spam, advertisements, etc.. The more that I label them 'spam' and empty the 'spam' trash, is the more they turn up again. Dear Zoho Support Ive literally spent hours on this issue and I cannot get to the bottom of it. The weird thing is that its also effected my iphone, but one thing at a time. I am trying to have the emails people sent to jlonnegren@wavvestream.com forwarded/sent to jloennegren@wavvestream.com What can I do to have my emails forwarded to jloennegren@wavvestream.com and only use this account while making sure all emails sent to jlonnegren@wavvestream.com are being forwarded. Does Zoho mail has any option to add sender to contact? In a previous topic it was mentioned that Zoho mail would automatically add the sender (when replied back) in the contact list. However, in my case it is probably not working. Please Help
