Terrible process for Zoho mail
Or... The process wasn't all that bad, it was the same as anything else. What's been infuriating is that once the (personal) email account has been set up, and your contact email verified, I've found no way of actually getting access to the email account. Half an hour I've wasted back and forth back and forth. The only thing I can see that might do the trick is 'Go to App', but each time that's clicked on it goes back to the homepage. Searched for an app on iTunes - nothing. I need an email address
Is Zoho Mail Experiencing Problems?
Zoho, can you confirm or dismiss any current issues with Zoho Mail? For the past several days access to mail has been incredibly slow and when accessed, is constantly stalling and timing out. Whether it's composing an email, sending an email or just trying to click on a folder. All other websites pull up fine. Is this an account problem with me or is this a Zoho wide issue? Thanks.
Zoho mail home page mis-aligned: top menu and Zoho logo partially hidden behind browser address bar.
This is not a major issue, but it's pretty annoying. As per the attached screen grab, sometimes my Zoho mail home page sit's mis-aligned in the browser window, so that a portion of top menu and Zoho logo are cut off and "hidden" behind the browser's address bar. If I refresh, it goes back to normal fo a while. I'm using Chrome on a mac, by the way. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me. David
Unable to view my inbox or folders
When I login to zoho, I go to the right hand drop down box and can only view more info on Zoho mail or sign out. It does not give me the option to actually view my inbox or any of my folders. Please help!
IMAP/Windows 8 Outlook 2010
New Windows 8.1 HP envy machine with a copy of Microsoft 365 installed, trying to get Zoho mail setup in Outlook following all IMAP instructions. Does not get mail, keeps making me put in my password loop. Any ideas or people have other similar problems? I also couldn't get it set up in the Mail app either.
Authentication failed when setting up IMAP on Android
I recently setup email hosting for my custom account. My email is alvinyy@milkforless.com. When I try to setup my android phone (now on 4.3) to download emails using IMAP, I consistently get the message "Setup could not finish: Authentication failed". I've followed the instructions online, but still no luck. Any help?

Need email reset
I created an account with a primary email id of admin@phualvatimes.com but I needed all email send to admin@phualvatimes.com forwarded to a group admins@phualvatimes.com - which had a group of email addresses mostly external gmail. I set it up the forwardng but it never worked. So I deleted admin@phualvatimes.com and made my gmail email as the primary. Now when I try to create admin@phualvatimes.com as an alias of admins@phualvatimes.com, it tells me the email already exists. So please clear admin@phualvatimes.com
Urgent - I can't recieve any mail
Hi I set up my Zoho mail account yesterday (jako@jakkalsdesign.co.za) but haven't been able to receive any mail through it. I am however able to send mail. Mail Deleted from IMAP Client, but still in Inbox on Webmail
Hi, I am using OS X Mail on 10.9.1 as my mail client, as well as on my iPhone and iPad. All are using IMAP. In Mail on OS X, when I delete a message, the change is reflected on all my other IMAP devices, but if I log into webmail (http://mail.zoho.com), the message is still shown in my inbox. This seems a fundamental issue. Is it a known problem? What do you recommend. If this is not resolvable I fear I might have to leave Zoho Mail and revert to self hosted or google apps hosted email. Outlook doesn't load any emails anymore
Hello there, I am using Outlook 2013 to get my emails from Zoho via imap. It always worked fine. However, suddenly the inbox does't want to sync anymore. I can send, spam and trash are also up to date. Only the inbox doesn't do anything. I checked the settings, everything fine. Test messages are working fine. Does anybody have an idea?
