Outgoing mail blocked
Hi, My outgoing mail is blocked since yesterday. I have already reported the problem three times, but I didn't get any answer… I REALLY need to be able to send some emails!!! What can I do?? Thanks!!

I get this message in my webmail application. The email is info@turtur.si, could you unblock it please. Also is there a way to find out why it has been blocked?
Unable to log into Zoho in Evolution
Hello, Since enabling two-factor auth (or so I think), I'm unable to log into Zoho email in Evolution 3.10 on Arch Linux. There's always a pop up "Mail authentication request" each time Evolution is opened, but even if I enter the right password, it always says "Password was incorrect." Other email accounts work just fine (I'm using two-factor auth in Gmail, too,but it;s working). Please help. Thanks in advance.

Having an EMERGENCY issue
Recently I formatted my laptop, and did not backup my password manager database. I'm currently posting this under my girlfriend's login. I need to regain access to the admin account for the glassrage.com domain. I've also lost access to the backup email account attached to this account. I do however still have access to the Glass Rage Facebook page, and DNS management console. If I could verify some information with an admin to regain control of my account (and my business), that would be awesome.

I am relatively new to zoho, but am a big fan. You guys offer a lot of great features other email providers don't. I think the zoho interface is great and am hoping there are no big changes planned in the near future. So many other providers like hotmail and yahoo have redone their interfaces and they have become horrible, which is why I went looking for a new email provider and found zoho. can not receive mail
I have done all I need to do to set up my domain email; I have pointed zoho to my domain by following the given instruction, but I am not able to receive mails into my zoho account till now. I am a new user, and I am on the free user plan. I can only send out mails. Thank you.

"Reply to" address is set to receiver's address on gmail?
I'm using zoho with my own domain and I've just noticed that if I send an email to an Gmail account, when the receiver press "reply", the "to" address is fill with his own mail. The weird thing is that if you look at the email details, the From/To addresses are correctly set. Are someone also seeing this behaviour?

email limits and multiple recipients
Regarding Zoho email limits and calculating the amount of usage: If I send 10 emails to 10 different recipients each with a 1 MB attachment, how does that compare with sending a single email addressed to10 different recipients also with 1 MB attachment? Bloqued account AGAIN.

Deleted items not going to Outlook Trash
I recently set up Zoho, including IMAP through Outlook 2010. In Outlook, when I delete an item, it does not go to the Trash folder in Outlook, only in my Zoho webmail. How can I also have it go to my Outlook Trash folder? Also, is there anyway to have it so that my Trash folder is not emptied without my knowledge or permission? Thanks.

receiving multible same e-mails
After setting up my e-mails in my domain. I sent out test e-mails to existing e-mail accounts and they were good. However, when I receive new e-mails from different e-mail accounts I receive multiple e-mails of the same e-mail, some times up to 24 of such. Appreciate your response. Thanks, Bee
Opera Mail
I'd like to set up Zoho Mail on the Opera browser. The default option is POP3 with TLS (Opera only offers TLS not SSL) this doesn't seem to connect, I've tried IMAP, my preferred method, also with TLS, but this doesn't connect either. Please advise me how this can be achieved.

Relaying Disallowed when sending to Zoho Mail
Please Help. I have a new zoho account (primobazaar.com). I have verified the domain within zoho control panel and configured the mx records on my host site to point to zoho. When I send a mail from an external email client to test I get an error from zoho mail system reading like SMTP -> ERROR: DATA not accepted from server: 553 Relaying disallowed I am keen to start using my zoho mail so please advise.

Keeping mail on the server
I have been using Zoho Mail for some time now but it has always been with Thunderbird and POP3. Until today I never accessed the Zoho Webmail as generally I don't like webmail but it is great when you're travelling somewhere. I was delighted to see that all my old mail on had been saved. I am now in the process of switching Thunderbird over to IMAP as I can see that there is some advantages. My question is, using the Thunderbird and I delete a message will that message be deleted off the server?
