I'm trying to send some mail using smtp, but keep getting this error: 553 Relaying disallowed I tried the help to add the "send as" stuff, but there is already an entry there. How do I fix this?

Can someone fix this please, i can see i was sending spam, but not sure how this happened, Can you limit the login to my isp's range, ive changed the password, checked for trojans, keyloggers etc. Anything you can do to restore my account would be appreciated. andrew
Mail being sent twice when using SMTP

Zoho account not receiving messages from yahoo account
Hello, I just signed up for a free personal ...@zoho.com mailbox. I sent test messages from my zoho account to my yahoo and hotmail accounts, and from my yahoo and hotmail accounts to my zoho account. My zoho mailbox never received the messages from my yahoo account. Since I sent those test messages, I've logged off and back on to my zoho account at least twice. The other three tests worked (zoho to hotmail, zoho to yahoo, and hotmail to zoho). What might be the trouble? Thanks, Dan PS Thank you

When I had POP accounts, I used to regularly compact folders in my email client Thunderbird. Otherwise the profile would start growing out of control. With an IMAP account, should I still keep compacting?

True SMTP synchronization and hosted exchange services
Does ZOHO Mail have a true SMTP sync like Outlook and iOS where if you read or delete on either device it replicates that change to the other device? It seems that I can send using SMTP but if I read or delete an email from my ZOHO SMTP email it does not delete and neither is it marked as read in Outlook, in other words I have to double handle my email, is this correct, or have I got something wrong here?

increased storage...when will I see it?
I had switched to Zoho using the free account just to try it out. Liked it so much that I purchased the 15 gig account and purchased an additional 100 gigs at the same time. For some reason, it is just showing the 15 gigs. This presents a problem because I was migrating my other IMAP account to my new soho imap account and it suspended because not enough of storage which isn't the case now that I have 115 gigs of space. Any idea?

10/4/13 My folders won't open up!!. My sent box wont open, my workfolder I made won't open. I hit the refresh and it takes me back to inbox and I can't get to any other folders. Email is timing out
When and email is open in the CRM it seems to time out and the email automatically goes to the read folder. Very frusterating as you never know when it will happen and it makes reading emails very frustrating. It only happens on our executive_assistant account. Thank you Randy

Unable to receive outside email since 9/23
My email account was working fine since February '13, but since 9/23, it is no longer receiving outside mail. There were no changes to my domain registry settings as none of the records were changed since February. The domain is registered till 2018. So please do not try to blame my settings as it was verified and completed in February 2013. Did your recent outages caused out my email to glitch? Please fix it ASAP!
