Dear zoho, I don't know if you got my support request as it was sent from IE8 and I can't tell if it was submitted sucessfuly. There are two Mail users in our organisation. Currently we bougth one paid Mail licence to allow use of exchange sync. The second users does not require this functionality and shoudl keep on using the unpaid service. Custom Field URL
Hello, I've created a custom field with the Type URL, when I add the field to a template, it doesn't show as a url. When I send the (test email) it doesn't show anything at all the field or url. Is ther something else I need to do to get the url field working in an email template? Any help would be apprectiaed. Thanks

Access external IMAP accounts
Hi, I just recently signed up hoping to find a webmail client that also allows access to other external IMAP accounts, so that I can have one place to manage all my different e-mail accounts, instead of having to logon in different places. And I'm not necessarily looking for a unified inbox, just a place to check all my accounts by clicking on each account individually. Can anyone give me an indication of when this feature will be added to Zoho?
List Mails TO sender
Sometimes the simplest features can be the most helpful and most used. When right clicking on an email there is a context menu "List Emails from Sender". Very handy, saves a gazillion minutes. Now we want a matching twin menu item- "List Emails to Sender". Could save a ton of effort figuring out what we sent. I know there are ways to dig the info up but this would be soooo simple. Mapping contact fields from a csv import into Zoho Mail contacts
Hello, I'm trying to import contacts from a csv into my mail contacts and it's only auto-filling 2 or 3 fields from the csv, yet I have about 10 or 12 fields filled in on the csv. All of those fields also have places in the Zoho Mail contact, but they aren't mapping over. Is there a way for me to map these fields since they're not being detected by the import? Any other suggestions? Thanks
Pop Up Notification
I have this set up in Chrome but there is no way to make it stay for more than a couple of seconds. I have webmail notifier set up where I have to manually click on it to make it disappear that way I don't have to check it all the time. Anyway to make the Zoho pop up stay longer or be manual to disappear?? One more suggestion and maybe I missed this but when I delete a mail is it possible to automatically go to the next new mail?? I am a new user. However it strikes me as odd that (when I see an email has come in) I have to manually search for the contact in the crm. There should be a hot link inside mail.

Currently my email goes throiugh my web host and gets forwarded to zoho. I would like to setup another email box which operate directly in the zoho server, bypassing my web host, because there is a delay. Because this is my business address, I'd like my email to show up in people's inbox's as MyName <myemailaddres@zoho.com> . However, it simply says MyEmailAddress <myemailaddress@zoho.com> . I recently switched the Zoho spam filter back on after using client-side filters for a while. I've come to realize that the spam folder shows up in IMAP as containing a lot of unread messages. Hi, Thank you for all your hard work making great products. Currently I use Zoho Mail and mainly access it over IMAP. I recently switched back to Zoho's spam filter from a client-based filter for various reasons. However, IMAP marks spam in the spam folder as unread. I tried to set up a filter to mark all spam mail as read, but I couldn't seem to identify any way for the filters to tell that spam had been sent to the folder. Any way I can do this? Thanks.
