Trying to decide whether to set up my email hosting with Google apps or Zoho mail. Any advice on the advantages / disadvantages of either approach? Issue with adding my PO email Account to my Zoho account

email label
after I clear the label using the pull down menu, it doesn't delete the item from the label list. If I select the label from the list after clearing it, it says no messages. I want to get rid of some of these old labels.

Mark a folder as a 'sent' folder?
This is related to the comment I made in another thread regarding wanting control of which columns are displayed and basically wanted to know if a folder could be 'marked' as a 'sent' folder? That way it would display the 'To' address rather than the 'From' address. I have several folders which are copies of 'sent folders where this would be useful. Thanks Dave
