Exchange server on iPhone issue
When I followed the instruction to add zoho hosting to my exchange activesync account on iPhone, it keeps failing out with the message: Unable to Verify account information. The setup i used is: email: email@mydomain.com servier: msync.zoho.com username/password: email@mydomain.com/mypassword Anybody knows any solution to this? Thanks!

at around 12:40 pacific time I stopped getting emails on my iphone - when I try to get mail I get a 'connection to the server failed' error. mail is still working for my imap accounts (but of course they still aren't synchronizing appropriately…) did something change on zoho's end?

Trying to add 'Catch All' mailbox. Where is the "Admin Console" | "Spam Control"?
I am trying to configure a 'Catch All' mailbox. I tried to follow the instructions here: https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/mail/Spam-Control-1.html, but I do not see the listed options in the interface. I am logged into Mail as the Super Administrator. I click "Control Panel", which gets me to "Mail Configuration" and I see only these options: Dashboard Domains User Details Groups Mail Storage Allowed IPs Password PolicyI have a Pro + Mail account. My domain is hosted by another provider.
Blocked Outgoing Emails
"Your Outgoing has been blocked and you will be unable to send emails".---this is on bluemoonstudio@zoho.com a brand new account and happened when sending "new email notice" to contact list. It has been like this for days and I am frustrated. Can you unlock this account so this email program can be used? Please?

Can not connect SMTP SSL via port 587 to smtp.zoho.com
My ISP blocked port 465 and only opened 587 for smtp ssl service. So, I try to configure my email client on Mac using this article: http://www.zoho.com/mail/help/mac-pop-access.html and setup my email clients account smtp port to 587 like in the article because zoho mail also support port 587 for its smtp service. But it turns out I can not access smtp port 587 on smtp.zoho.com, so my email client failed to send my email. I already tried test it too via telnet and its result is also fail. Please,
Send but not receive emails
I set up my email so it's @mydomainname.com and also set up my alias. I can send email but do not receive it. Also, when I click an email address from within the CRM, I get directed to my hosting company's webmail . . . not Zoho's mail. I have recently set up a Zoho mail account and developed a domain name email. I have made all the recommended changes to the MX records and CNAME to verify the domain name, yet when I send test emails I do not receive them. I made the MX changes around two days ago now, so it should have registered. I would really appreciate any advice anyone can offer. Thanks Alicia

Why do my users need a Zoho.com account?

I have created my users in my organization in the Control panel with username and password etc. But when they go to zohomail.com to sign in, they first login with the username and password that I set, and then they have to "update" their account information with a new username (which is global to Zoho, so my set username (etc. "helleh") is probably already taken) and a new password. Hi there, I don't seem to have the 'Change Role' option in the control panel for users, and neither do I have the ability to reassign domain 'Super Administrator'. Hello! I 've been using GMX mail for the last 3-4 years but i 'm not pleased any more and i have decided to move to Zoho. I need 3 accounts, one personal, one business and one for my music band. Since Zoho doesn't supports aliases, is it ok if i create 3 different accounts and receive them via pop3 through the personal one?

First issue: Even though I've paid for 6 users, when I invite users they aren't receiving the invite email. Second issue: With the 2 users that I've been able to add via invite, these email accounts aren't receiving emails. Could you please help me??
Not getting emails
I opened an account with my domain and I set it according to the instructions. I can send emails but not receive emails. I tried to send mail to the new mailbox through GMAIL, and I got an error message.
Can't add user
I am paying for 2 email accounts, but I can only add 1. When I was trialing for free, I got 3, so why when you pay do you get less? My super user account should not count as a user because I have no intentions of using any of the email or applications with that super user account. I just want that to administer user accounts. Frustrated.
Maximum allowed attachment size not consistent
Greetings, I just tried to send a message with a attachment of 21,25 MB. When I click on send in Applemail the Server tells the client it cannot handle the request because it exceeds the maximum attachment size of 25 MB. When I try to send it from the webmail however it tells me the maximum is 20MB instead. Obviously 20MB is the maximum allowed but I am curious why does the server communicate a 25 MB limit instead suddenly as exception handling. Best regards,

Hi there I've recently signed up to Zoho Mail, and am trying to set up mail on my iPhone. I have a domain name linked to you for mail hosting and I want emails sent to this domain to be received on my iphone. I have tried extensively to follow your guides, but I am having no luck. Chrome indicating malware
Chrome is giving me a warning about the following link (and more generally blogs.zoho.com) that the site contains malware and has been blocked:http://www.zoho.com/mail/blog/zoho-mail-increasing-free-plan-to-5-users.html What is this about? Zoho on Kindle fire
I have Zoho set up as POP on my Kindle Fire. I can receive messages but I have been unable to send any though I was able to send in the past with my previous email account. I have outgoing server as smtp.zoho.com, SSL (two options here if available or always, I have tried both), Port 465. Any help would be great though of course I have other options for sending mail but it would be handy! Thank you. Jamini
