How can I re-download older mail?
After I set up my email account, I accidentally told my inbox to Delete all messages except for the past 6 months. I'd like try and download the rest of my email older than 6 months. I often need to look up old emails for business. Is there any way to do this?

A link to go from mail to the contact page ?
I use like everyone a lot of email, then I do need a lot to go from an email to the right contact page to get information. So I need at least a simple URL link to go to the contact page. I also need a pop-up with the main information. If this pop-up could configurable and editable, that would be very useful. I hope that can be provided. Best. Hi I switch to zoho from gmail to zoho for some reason. But some features gmail have just great, such as select all mail by check box, currently i have 20k mails unread, i like to put them read, it will take me so many time to flag them by selecting 200 times, can you add that feature to save me doing that?

Outlook 2010 - Sending emails to same domain accounts fails

I had two users under my account. tariq@saptacarabia.com with user name > saptac1 saptac@saptacarabia.com with user name > saptac tariq@saptacarabia.com was the admin of the account , but last week I requested a change of admin. The admin role were maybe successfully changed but now I can't log in my other account. Also doing the password reset for the same does not help because it gives link to reset password of my other account. Please fix this ASAP, I have been calling at the USA toll free number

Saving .wiz instead of .doc
I sent this request to the Zoho help request, and NEVER HEARD BACK! Can you PLEASE respond?!?!?! Here's the initial issue... When I try to save a .doc from an email, the default Zoho tries to save as is .wiz. It should default as .doc. If it's a .docx, it saves default as .docx. The issue is with a .doc. If you change the name to .doc it will save as that, but most users will click download and then save the default, which is currently .wiz instead of .doc. This makes a mess when people are trying

Hi Zoho, When I add/update tasks and upload files, I still receive email notifications even though I have turned it off. Not only do I receive this, but every single person in the team does, which really isn't beneficial because our clients are on there and they are constantly bombarded with emails. Deleted mails still show up in iOS (Active Sync)
Hi! When I delete mails or move them to a different folder in Thunderbird or Zoho-Webfrontend they still show up on the iPhone in the Inbox. The iPhone uses Active Sync to connect with Zoho. I already activated the Expunge and the "move to Trash" within Thunderbid and Zoho.

How to send attachments through ZOHO?
I have zoho as my default for most email functions but I send a fair amount of files as attachments. Since I have Thunderbird as my client that automatically takes the file and sends it through that. Well I want to get rid of T-bird so how do I send files through ZOHO without jumping through too many hoops to do so/ AND would ZOHO be the default for everything if I didn't have an onboard client at all> thanks. How do I change from a group to a standard email
I'm trying out the service and initially setup a "Group" with the email "contact@example.com". I decided that I'd rather have this email address be a basic user account so I deleted the Group and added "contact" as a user. The system won't let me associate the "contact@example.com" email address with the individual user account. It says the email already exist, but it doesn't show up under Mail Administration -> Mail Accounts in the Control Panel or anywhere else that I can see it. Is it possible
Can't receive emails
I have changed all of the records as near as I can tell. I think it is all pointing to the right places, but it has been about 12 hours now since the change and I still can not recieve emails at parker@completecareservice.com. I can send emails from the account, but am not able to recieve any emails. The emails arent even coming into my bluehost mail hosting as they were before so nothing is working. I've also pasted the message I get back when trying to send an email to this account. Please help
