I am planning to sign up zoho mail with three users free for yourname.com service. Let's day I sign up three users with some username today. Can I change any username after sometime? Example: I signup with three username like Ramesh.P, Suresh.S & Laxmi.V but after three months I want to change Laxmi.V to Raj.P Can I do that? Thanks, Tushar

Postini, Spam, Employees using Zoho Mail
Greetings! I love Zoho mail. However, I do get spam each and everyday. I'm getting ready to hire a couple of employees for my small business. How do I prevent my new employees (who will also be using Zoho Mail) from clicking on Spam? I've heard Postini is a great service; does Postini work with Zoho Mail? If not, is there another application/service that integrates with Zoho Mail so that I don't have to worry about future employees clicking on links within Spam emails? I'm very, very, very concerned

IMAP SMTP server cannot be reached from outlook
Both I and a colleague can not download email via the IMAP SMTP server. My colleagues address is grant@gvbconsulting.co.uk and mine is simon@gvbconsulting.co.uk. It was working on Monday and nothing has changed at our end. Please can you check our accounts your end. Thanks Simon
remove email associated with account
I have a zoho mail account with one business. I'd like to set up a separate account and have zoho invoicing for a different business where the email is hosted with Google Apps. But when I try to set up the new business, zoho says the Google Apps email is already being used. I am guessing that it is in a field somewhere in the first zoho mail setup. Cannot set up POP3 or IMAP in Thunderbird
I've read the wiki entries and the previous forum replies, followed the instructions (repeatedly), tried it over from scratch (repeatedly), and attempted every combination of settings possible (yup, repeatedly) and Thunderbird still looks as per attached screenshot (IMAP attempts automatically change port settings).

dns / mx settings
Hi I was able to receive mails on my blackberry until recently when i went on the BES service. I have tired to delete and re-add the account but it only pulls old emails from the server when it wasnt hosted on zoho. when I go to the advanced settings on my BB to input server details, I notice it is defaulted on mail.transitit.com, imap settings. my domain is hosted via arvixe.com and my mx records are set to mx.zohomail.com & mx2.zohomail.com but the mails are still not delivering. Tracking email to contacts - sent from external devices
Hi I'm using Zoho CRM with Zoho Mail activated - all set up and working fine to send and receive emails If I send an email to a contact from within Zoho - it shows up in the contact as designed (also working fine) Is it possible for Zoho to link mail to a contact - when that mail is sent from outside of Zoho - e.g when sent from an iPad / iPhone via Apple Mail Is this also possible if the mail is sent from Outlook 2007 (I have the Zoho/Outlook connector active) Thanks

I've learned a little about limits on incoming and outgoing mails to free users by searching the forum, but I wonder whether there is a single place where all limits are comprehensively stated. I only stumbled across the limit on addressees per message while looking for more details on the daily size limit; and I still am not perfectly clear on how that limit is calculated. (Say I've got 4 2mb messages, each of which I send to 40 people. Is that 2 x 4 x 40 = 320 for the day, or is it just 2 x

UI problems on small screens
Hi, I am afraid that the recent change in UI causes problems for small screens. Mine is 1024x600, and the browser takes some height (I use Chrome), but even in full screen mode it is cramped at best. The UI doesn't fit, so the top row of options (preferences and the like) is invisible and thus unclickable. The toggle to make this row disappear is gone, by the way - I always used that. Of course I always minimise the chat bar (it would be nice to have that as a preference ). The tabs and buttons

Cannot Send or Receive Emails
Hi, I have 2 email addresses (users) set up under the domain: zen-black.com I have sent and received emails from both of them to outside (other) email addresses and it works fine. But if I send emails between the two of them (users) it doesn't work. It says sent successfully in one emails sent folder, but nothing appears in the inbox of the other... (its the same for both of them) Its bizarre! Help!!
iPhone receiving but not sending email
Morning! I set up my email with my domain through the exchange setup on my iPhone. I can receive messages but when I attempt to send they go to outbox with with an error. When I log into webmail, however, I can send and receive with no issue at all and everything works fine. Any help as to how to fix this issue?

Hi. I have set up a mail account for one of my domains hosted with a separate host. I have added the MX records and confirmed the domain. However, I cannot receive or send email from my mail client. Sending and receiving from the online webmail panel is fine. The email account is support@salestrakka.com I have another zoho email account set up on same mail client with no issues Please advise.
Spam filter no longer working
My spam filter used to work perfectly, until yesterday. I've gotten about 15-20 spam emails both yesterday and so far today sent to my inbox that shouldn't have. It is now catching spam about 50% of the time. Has anyone else had this problem recently? I haven't changed any settings and my spam filter IS enabled, so I don't understand why this is happening. It's very annoying and I'd like to find out why and get it fixed.
How to send word and other doc's?
Hi. For business I send a lot of forms back and forth through email. At present when i send a word doc. it is sent as an attachment and goes through Firefox which is the client I use and it is using Gmail. However zoho is my preferred email for everything else. Since most people simply use "Reply" to send back I have 2 emails I must check and often miss or am late for some important, "Respond ASAP", type of message. How can I send doc's through zoho ?? Email slow in Uploading
I am a Canadian customer of zoho and find that my email page is very slow in loading...sometimes does not load at all and I have to cancel out and try again. Clearing the cookie cache & history does not shorten the surprising delay. I have another (& free) account that loads 'zip, zip'. It seems zoho was quicker in an earlier incarnation??? Hi, Currently, there is a restriction of using templates only to compose completely new emails which is not of much use to me. Can't log in to main mail account
I can't get logged into my main mail account (will private message support staff with account login) as it says that it has either an invalid username or password. I use a password manager that handles my passwords and have not touched my account settings. Hi, the minimum username lenght for zoho accounts is currently 6 characters. About that, please excuse me as I couldn't find better words for this, but: are you serious? please make the minimun lenght 3 characters... in my personal case, 5 characters will be enough but I don't see the point in having such restriction of 6 characters minimum.
