Zoho Mail on mac mail program
I have set up my new zoho mail account on my macbook's mail program, I can receive mails but I am unable to send them.. I set up all the addresses as specified in the instructions, but it still doesn't work....

It seems to offer exactly what I am looking for for a long time: an alternative to Gmail/Google Documents, without someone using or selling my personal data. Compose eMail - previously used names
On my copy of ZOHO when I type in the opening characters of a name/email address in the 'To' section choices come up based on what I have used before. This makes filling in correct email addresses faster and more accurate. ZOHO has been installed on a colleague's pc but this feature does not work - she has to type in email addresses in full. It is not the Contact area because none of the email addresses I normally use are in Contacts and the same applies to my colleague. There must be a setting somewhere
"Sent" mail folder not working
The last sent mail in my folder of this name is dated Feb. 21. What can I do to make it start storing my sent emails again?
Zoho Theme
Hello, I was working in my Zoho, and I was suprised that I could choose a theme. Maybe its an update, but I like it. When I switched to my contacts my theme was just gone. So my idea is, would it not be nice if the choosen theme is everywhere the same? It would make Zoho complete. Can you please fix it in any next update? I would be glad to hear from you.
Integrating gmail with Free Account (account with 3 users)
Hi, From your help pages, it is not clear, how my gmail account can be added to zoho mail so that I can see all mails in my gmail inbox from within Zoho. This is what I wan to set up: all the mails that comes to my gmail account needs to be transferred to Zoho, so that I can respond to all mails from Zoho. I saw a video http://www.zoho.com/crm/crm-email.html, but the screens in it is totally different from what I see (may be the screens are only for a paid account, and mine is a free account?)
Option for disable "Add POP" when running on my own domain.
Is there a possibility to disable the option to add other POP accounts such as gmail/hotmail/yahoo etc. This is an important question when deciding to bring my domain to zoho mail Thanks
Collecting emails
Is there a way to have zoho collect my other emails but going to the same inbox as zoho? I have setup to collect other emails, but they all have a different inbox. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, After importing my email from my previous account to my Zoho account, I've terminated my previous account. Later I realized that I forgot to import my contacts. mail not going to trash after downloading
My mail is not being automatically deleted (sent to trash) after downloading with pop client? When I log onto my mailbox all the mail I have downloaded is still in the inbox and needs to be deleted manually, is this normal for 'pop'. Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you. T..

Hello, Since yesterday Zoho mail add-on is not working for all users. I have tried to reconfigure the mails but I am always getting a message. My Client is receiving blocked email error code
Hello, My client is receiving a blocked email error message when trying to send email to someone else inside her own domain. Please advise as to what the problem is. I can't log in to the forums with her account, your voicemail support system doesn't work and 24 hours to wait for a reply is ridiculous on the email support forum. I can't offer services to my client like this when they continue to break, support is limited and their is no real phone support available. Getting really frustrated

using a permanent e-mail from my university as outgoing address
My current account is configured as username@zoho.com, but I would like recipiants of my messages only to see the permanent forwarding email address that my university has given alumni. Is it possible to change it to myusername@alum.wellesley.edu? I tried going to SETTINGS, then ADD FROM ADDRESS but I think you have to own the domain in order to use the from address. Any ideas?

External Konto with IMAP
Hello, I would like to link to my zoho mail account an estern email account with IMAP. Here are the access: Server : imap.provider.de / Port 143 Server SSL : imap.provider.de / port 993 It is working with POP but not with IMAP (Error : Zoho Mail can only use the port: 110, 995). Hi there, At the moment my default email account is myusername@mydomain.com. I would like to change that to myusername@zoho.com. The only problem is I can't find the option to set my zoho mail account is my default account and I can't remove the default from myusername@mydomain.com without appointing another email account as the default. Imported gMail Contacts with Apostrophe causes problem
I imported my gMail contact list to Zoho. Everything came in fine except for names that contained an apostrophe. These seemed to import since I can see them if I export the contacts to a .csv file. However I can't see them in Zoho and when I go to contacts the "Loading" popup never goes away. I'm a new user so deleted all my contacts would be OK for me, but I can't even do that with these entries that I can't see... but, when I delete everything it still shows (2) as the number of contacts even

Cant set up mail hosting (names.co.uk)
As per the title, I've successfully verified my domain name but can't seem to configure my DNS on my names.co.uk properly to sort mail hosting. I have added both of the MX records with the host name as my domain name (jamesandrewknight.co.uk) and have set up two users (info and admin@ that domain name). But every test email I send comes back as unsent. Can anyone help me? Sorry, I'm a total noob :s

I have my domain from names.co.uk and can't seem to get the MX working - what should I be using as my hostname? Should it be my domain name, or the mail account name that I created in zohomail? Really stuck and this is currently all that's stopping me from properly using this great email.

Hi I have configured external POP account in my mail. Everything is OK, I can see messages in my browser. However when I connect with IMAP client I can only see messages from my zoho account.

Hi zoho, I am using the free version in order to test the solution but I have the message : "Free Version: Users limit exceeded. Upgrade to avoid deactivation". Hello: I´m trying to add a domain. When I submit my domain name Zoho pops an sign saying: "the domain name allready exist.". I´m not sure, but a few months ago I added a domain and I erased later. IMAP / Delayed Notification of New Mail
I have seen similar problems reported several times on these forums, but the problem still seems to persist. I am accessing my Zoho account through IMAP (specifically using Mutt and Thunderbird), and have noticed that, when a mail is sent to my account (from a different account), it will take a long time for my mail client to be notificed (even when refreshing the client and/or logging in and out from Zoho (in the client). I add a new user in Zoho E-mail Suite from Control Panel. And I'm doing application access settings for user. For example: I don't choose 'Docs or CRM or Creator vs vs vs'. But I don't understand, When a user enters their E-mail Suite own account, why user see other applications by Zoho in Zoho Apps Button or Shortcuts Button at the top ? This is very confusing for both users and admin. Don't have a solution? I don't want to see other Zoho Application links in E-mail Suite for My Organization's
