Select multiple emails on iPad mobile site
Why is it when I view my emails on my iPhone, I can check multiple emails and delete them at once. However, when I view emails from my iPad, there is no way to select multiple messages. I have to delete them one at a time. How long until check boxes appear next to each message on an iPad?

POP3 Account
I had updated password on a POP3 account (aasalem10@gmail.com) but messages has not been imported correctly. The last message listed is dated 10/11/2011.
Netvibes widget: has anyone tried this with success?
I tried this morning, and failed repeatedly, to define a pop3 widget to display Zoho mail as a widget on my Netvibes start page. I tried both secure and unsecure ports, providing the server name as pop.zoho.com. For what it's worth, the browser I was using at the time was Webkit on my MacBook Pro. I think, however, this should have had no effect. By comparison, I have been able to define widgets for several other mail services, including that of my own ISP. SPF records for sending mail
We are ready to test Zoho Business/Mail with one of our domains but we can't find any information about how to configure the SPF records for our domain. Without setting the SPF properly we know there were problems delivering mail to some of our customers from our old e-mail host provider. How should we configure SPF for Zoho's smtp servers?

Need additional email for family's personal use
Like so many others I am jumping off of the Google ship. I am in the process of moving my domain's email to you, which is not hosted by Google, and would like to establish additional personal email accounts - one for my wife and another for my family. Is there a way to establish additional Zoho.com accounts under my account without establishing a new account for every user? I would rather not establish the personal accounts on my domain but would love to administer all users from the same account.
Unable to set up IMAP account in Entourage or Apple Mail on 2nd Zoho account
Hi, I signed up for a free zoho email ID a few weeks back to use for a particular project. I liked it so I signed up for a 2nd email ID to use for a completely different project - as I like to keep my accounts separate. Although I configured the first email ID easily with Apple Mail (using the IMAP settings) for some reason I cannot set up the 2nd email account. I have tried at least 20 times and also in Entourage in case there was a conflict with having two zoho accounts in one email client. However,

Address Book
I've imported contacts from Outlook into my contacts folder in Zoho Mail. However, when I compose an email and click on "Address Book", my contacts are listed by email instead of name. This makes it difficult to search for if I don't know what their email address is. Is there a way to have my contacts listed (and searchable) in the Address Book by name rather than email address?
Transferring mail folders between mail accounts - can it be done?
I'm running several of my domains through the zoho mail and wanted to know if there is a way to transfer mail folders between mail accounts? I have clients who accidentally email my personal account and I'd like for all the messages to be in my business email and not my personal. Please advise if its possible, or a known work-a-round. Catch-all and forwarding issues...
I am currently trying to set up a forwarding service for a catch-all address at the domain I connected with Zoho. A little background: I have two domains. One is handled by Google Apps. The other was - until earlier today - when I migrated it to Zoho. My plan is to make [anything]@[domain2.com] forward to [my.main.email]@[domain1.com]. question about spam
I have a zoho e-mail and another e-mail with at&t. I was getting spam in my at&t e-mail from a spam-bot using a friend's email address. I forgot about this problem this particular friend was having and accidentally e-mailed them from my zoho spam-free address. They replied back to me and so now I'm getting spam here as well. My question is... can whatever is using my friend's e-mail now get into my contacts and start sending out spam in my name?
No IMAP notification?
So I'm using Operamail and have tried myopera email (IMAP) and it notifies me the second an email arrives. I tried the same thing with Zoho and there was no notification until I manually checked it. Did I not activate some setting? I did enable IMAP in my Zoho settings. I checked my email settings for both IMAP accounts (myopera and zoho) and they're identical. My username and password work otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the message when I manually checked the server.
Mail account is blocked?
Our mail account is blocked, I believe as I went over the 5GB limit. I have removed emails and now only using 85% of our 5GB limit, accounts is still blocked?? I have gone into Control Panel -> Mail Admin -> Troubleshoot -> Blocked Users, where our account is blocked however cannot unblock this? Please fix ASAP.

What is email attachment size limit, inbound and outbound? How much storage for Zoho free accts? (I know mail is 5gig; can I store docs in that 5gig? What is the limit of doc storage?)
I'm wondering how much storage space is available here @ Zoho; I know that there is 5 gig available for mail storage, can that 5 gig be used also to store docs? Your current MailBox size : 4,208 MB We request you to take immediate steps to clean up your mailbox and create free space for your email account to function without any issues.I am a free user and from the FAQ I understand that my mailbox quota should be 5GB. The whole Google shariing all their information had got me edgy, I'm looking for different places to do what I need/want to to. One question I have is about Zoho's ability to deal with spam. Hi, Mail from my 3rd party inbox is being received in the zoho mail inbox. However, the inbox is not synching, it just keeps adding mails. Even deleted mails remain. Also my folders are not copied. Is there any setting required to get my folders into zoho mail and keep them synched along with the inbox mail.

I set up my gmail account as an additional account within zoho. Mail sent through the gmail server shows up in the recipient inbox as from gmail instead of having my name on it. I also set up a Comcast account. Mail sent from zoho or through Comcast server shows up in recipient inbox correctly with my name.

Mail shifting up after viewing HTML email
Hi, I have a strange problem. I use Google Chrome for Zoho Mail (this doesn't happen with Internet Explorer). When I read an HTML email the whole web page shifts up about 30 pixels. I've attached a screenshot showing an example. This happens every time I open an HTML email. Any idea what could be causing this? I'm using the latest version of Chrome. Thanks.

Ideas for web interface improvements
Here are several proposals I've come up with after a couple of weeks of using Zoho. Please comment and/or add ideas. More varied color themes. Very dark gray should be an option, since the current themes are too bright and hard on the eyes. Reconnect after computer sleep works most of the time, but there's no visual indication.
