How to set up mail accounts which go to multiple people
I am used to calling an email accounts that go to multiple people a forwarding account. I think Zoho uses different terminology and I am trying to understand how to do these types of configurations. So abc@mydomain.com then goes to user1@mydomain.com and user2@mydomain.com or a 3rd party email address like Gmail. I have accounts which send an email and a SMS text message for example on my other hosting provider. Do I need to set up a group for this? That is the only thing I see that might be similar.
issue when using IMAP through iPhone
The issue has happened to me many times, but not all the time. And it only happens when I'm using it from my iphone (using IMAP). When I open my zoho inbox, when there are emails with attachments, my inbox will try to retrieve these emails, then these emails appear/disappear. It keeps doing this in a loop, never end. If I try to quickly open the email as soon as it appears, then it actually opens a different email. This is very frustrating. And it only happens when I'm using it through my iPhone,
Mail not sending to some recipients
In addition to previously mentioned problems, Zoho mail is now not attempting to send messages to one of my recipients. (A chiark.greenend.org.uk address. I'm now using Thunderbird configured with Zoho, in order to avoid the RO header problem mentioned before.) This is really not good! Sent Messages Received By Others as "Read" Already
Sending emails to university addresses in the UK and Sweden from my Zoho account means that the emails arrive as "read" already. (This does not happen when I'm sending emails to Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or GMX). I have tried changing the encoding and the priority settings to overcome the problem, but this didn't work. As I need to correspond with people from academia often, could you please tell me how the problem can be fixed? I don't want them to be missed by not registering in anyone's unread folder.
cannot receive emails!!!!
I cannot received some emails in these couple of days. I can receive some email from some people and some cannot!!! I have tested to sent from my gmail account, I still cannot received them. (especially emails with attachments, but size should be exceed 10mb per each email)!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is very confusing...... as email is very important for us

This is weird
Today I wrote a message with an attched file (60K) to myself . But my zoho email received the message without the attachment. I also checked my zoho email in the SENT ITEMS and there was the message with attachment I just sent to myself. I ran tests in opera 11.52 and IE 8 and it's the same. I'n sure a few days ago such a bug didn't exist
IMAP syncing problem AGAIN
My employee's IMAP has stopped working again. It gives a message "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is blocked from further IMAP use. this is caused due to excessive IMAP usage. POP with MS Outlook 2010 - Stored Passwords
I do not wish to store my password in MS Outlook on the PC I use as it can easily be decrypted using programs freely available on the net. If I untick "remember password" in Outlook 2010, I am able to receive Zoho mail normally by entering the password when the POP server prompts Outlook to ask for the password. How to block any email that isn't whitelisted?
I'm sick of all this spam, is there a possibility to immediately block and/or delete any mail that isn't in the whitelist? Blacklisting doesn't work because the mails com from different addresses and domains.
Templates folder still visible over IMAP, even when disabled
I've unchecked the IMAP checkbox for the persistent Templates folder, but the folder is still visible when Zoho mail is configured over IMAP. I'm using Mac Mail 5.1 (Lion). This behavior causes the Zoho mail account to appear strangely in my mail client, because the Templates folder cannot be mapped to any of Mac Mail's default folder set (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash, Junk).

Hello, Recently I've tried to send too much photos that is available for my account to handle. Now I'm getting an 'address blocked' error when sending emails. It is blocked permanently or there is a chance of unblocking it? I wasn't aware of such hard quotas on the account, but if you could unblock it, I'll remember it in the future.

IMAP access denied and other issues.
Hello, Maybe I absolutely do not understand how Zoho works. I originally got Zoho because my work email is POP and cannot be upgraded at this time. However I can forward. I have 2 mobile devices that need access to my email and have a personal email I needed routed somewhere I could access. I have a domain and set up 15GB/User on a trial period. Yet I have no way of upgrading this. I find Zoho very difficult to navigate, almost archaic. I also had to send about 9mb in attachments

Right now, this field's value defaults to the text before the @ symbol e.g. for the alias email: myname@email.com the recipient will see 'myname' in their inbox's 'From' field. Moving a message to Inbox resets message received date
When moving a message stored locally by my mail client to the Inbox of my Zoho account, the "received" date associated with the message becomes the current date. None of the raw headers in the source message appear to be modified, so I suppose this date is stored external to the message. Corrupt email on palm pre
Hi, I'm getting corrupt emails bodies on the Palm Pre - accessing over IMAP (works fine when accessing the same account via POP) In some emails I get '=09 =09 =09 =09 =09 =09.....' all the way through, in another I get '=20' or '=AE' inserted inline in the messages seemingly randomly. In a few others I get attachements not appearing, and the message area being filled with the data from the attachment. Problem adding contact categories
Hi, I'm evaluating Zoho. I'm using Zoho contacts and am trying to add a list of new categories so that I can categorize each of my imported contacts. However, after entering 18 categories, it won't let me enter any more. Even when I delete an existing one it still won't let me add a new one (just sits there at the Enter Category dialogue box). Is there any limit on the number of categories you can have? Is this limit only for the free version or does it also apply to paid versions. Regards Keith

Can send but not receive emails
I just created my account today. I used a couple different providers to send myself test emails. They got bounced with error messages. However, I was able to send an email from my zoho (custom domain) and receive it on my gmail account. What gives?
How do I get the time to display in received email?
The time the email came through only displays in email received today. If I'm away for a couple days, I cannot tell what time of day an email from one or two days ago came through. Many times this is important. How do I remedy this so it displays either on the main inbox page or within each email when I open it?
Unread messages occasionally not in inbox
This issue has become quite irritating and problematic. I have been finding emails in my Unread messages box that have not made their way to my inbox.
