This version of Zoho Meeting includes the following changes. A new HTML viewer, based on the latest HTML 5 technology, has been added. This viewer neither requires any installation nor is dependent on any plugin. This viewer works across all major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE etc.,) which support HTML 5 and hence, across all major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux ec.,). Meeting participants who join through the HTML viewer will be identified as 'View-Only' participants in the participant
Embedding Meeting Issue
When I embed a meeting onto a website, is it normal for the user to be taken away from the site upon entering their name/email? While testing in Google Chrome, this was the default behavior and I was unable to stay on the webpage itself to view the meeting... it always opened in a pop-up window after logging in.
File Transfer Keeps Pipe Open to Closed Meeting
If I close a session (for everyone) where I have used file transfer and resume that meeting later I see the files on the original computer even if I have connected to a new computer on the same meeting ID. This is very worrying from a security perspective.
Solutions for Chrome OS
I am considering Zoho meeting as a virtual meeting solution for our online school. We are strongly considering giving all of our students Chrome Netbooks next year. Our current virtual meeting solution, Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate) is a Java application that is not supported by Chrome OS. Addition of VOIP
I switched from Go to Meeting to Zoho and really like it. The only downside I see so far is that you do not offer VOIP. This is really nice feature that lets me use a headset while I demo software. Any idea if you are going to add or if I am missing it. Matt Haese

How To Change ZoHo's Host Window Settings
Good Morning - I host many ZoHo Meetings a day and have 3 monitors on my computer. When I start to host a session, my screen fills with the blue background and the toolbar at the top as I assume everyone's does. The problem is that there are no title bars or buttons for that window. I know that I may drag the corners to resize the window, but wish to easily be able to drag or somehow choose to have it move to another monitor. Problem with Date/Time in saving meeting in Outlook

Getting around UAC requests and losing control
I've been testing out Assist for providing software installation and configuration. Trying to install on a Windows 7 machine I lost control as soon as the UAC box appeared asking for installation permission. Reading other posts it seems that the host can't see or act on this box and loses control. I found it took around 5-10 mins to get control back and had to provide manual instructions over the phone. How do you get around remote software installations? Do you get your client to do the install
Integration of Zoho Meeting and Calendar
I find it hard to believe that creating a new event in Zoho Meeting does not automatically add it to the user's Zoho Calendar. Will that functionality be available in the future and, if so, when? The sooner the better, please; this is so basic. Larry
1 question and 1 problem
I have tried to use Zoho Show to do a web presentation of a Powerpoint presentation on my Desktop to a participant. Unfortunately when I click on the presentation to move from slide to slide, the participant tells me that the slide takes quite a bit of time to change on their end...maybe 10 to 15 seconds after I have clicked to change the slide. We are both on Cable modem (not DSL). I'm on Firefox using XP Pro. I've noted that in the past others have experienced this same slowness. Will this be improved?
User Access Control Problems
Hello, just finished a remote assistance meeting to a Vista 32bit install with Symantec Client Security and Sygate firewall. Unfortunately any screens that required UAC authorization would not work. I disabled UAC but this still did not help. Basically I was trying to install a printer and couldn't, instead had to instruct the user on where to click.
My side not updating
Hi, Using Assist and my screen is not updating - it flicks every 10seconds (ish). I can perform actions on the remote PC but my screen does not update these changes. Been happening for a few days and can't use the system at the moment. I'm using the desktop plugin and have tried to control from 2 different PC's. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling software. Any help would be great as I can't use it for anything at the moment. Kind Regards Jon

PIN for Audio Conferencing
Hi, I wanted to try out the Audio Conferencing feature, so I dial the number (712) 432-2821 and it asks for a four digit PIN. Where do I go to find the PIN? I tried entering the Conference Key #, but the phone call abruptly cuts off after four digits. Thanks, Celeste
