Hi all, have a problem that you good people could perhaps help me out with. Status: Im running a business that works really tight with the clients we have When a client signs up, we grant them access to a lot of tools that we have So we are (hopefully) moving over to Zoho in order to streamline things. When I sign up a customer I would like this to happend 1, They get access to the Client Portal in Zoho sites 2, They get invited to a project in Zoho Projects 3, They can see their status in Zoho Books
I have inactive account and would like to create new account. Waiting more than 3 months.
Does anyone know how long you can wait to fully activate your account and the ability to use all the applications that ZOHO One gives you? Support ZOHO for over 3 months can not deal with it.

Quote Module Print Preview
We created a nice new quote template in ZOHO CRM When I open a created client quotation and then select Print Preview, I expected to 'see' the newly created quote template in 'Choose a Template Category' pick list. What am I missing please? TIA Mike

A lot of serial entrepreneurs would want to have a single sign on to their companies subscribed on Zoho, for now they have sign out and sign in each time and manage passwords/browser cookies etc. Will we be getting a account based validation to multiple companies on Zoho platforms??
Exchange support for Outlook seems necessary
I have set up my Zoho account on my iPhone with Exchange ActiveSync. It works very well. I create or delete an event and my Zoho account reflects this seamlessly. However, the plug-in for Outlook is clunky and I have found the synchronization to be hit and miss. Wouldn't it be better simply to support Exchange on the desktop Outlook? What reason is there not to support it?

Hi Team Zoho form, I've just learned by the support, that the structure of the form can be modified only by the form's owner (creator of the form) which is not convenient when working in a team. Through my request, I would like to make you a request for improvement. How can I remove unused apps from my home screen? I've seen numerous requests for this, spanning at least three or four years now, with no solutions or answers from Zoho. This should be really simple to do. Why is Zoho ignoring its paying user's requests for this?!
Blueprint mandatory follow up task problem
I have a stage for a lead called "contact in future". If the agent chooses that stage I would like it to not only make notes mandatory but also create a follow up task. I am able to click on the "during" and "+add" and then "associated items" tasks BUT when I try to make the task or call mandatory with validation rules it does not work. They can leave a note and totally ignore the follow up task portion and the system does not give a warning and lets them continue. Any one have an idea on this?
unable to sign up new users in Zoho One People or Admin

Zoho One User Admin doesn't save Language
In Zoho One, Admin Home page >> Users, when I edit a user and change the Language value to "English" it appears to save. But reloading the page or coming back later shows an empty value next to Language.

Is it possible to put a space or remove duplicate spaces in postcode entered into Billing Code? examples of incorrect postcodes: YO223BT should be YO22 3BT or if someone typed YO22 3BT > YO22 3BT etc... If this were javascript I would use: string.replace(/(\S*)\s*(\d)/, "$1 $2"); which would put one space before the last number in the string. Is it possible to do similar in a function?
SalesIQ lists wrong user as Owner
I'm my organization's owner (see screenshot). Yet one of my colleagues is mysteriously listed as the organization owner in SalesIQ. Both he and I are listed as Administrators.

Help desk doesn't process anonymous tickets
I have our Helpdesk set up to allow users to create tickets without having an account. When a user does this, the success message appears along with a ticket number. Problem is, no ticket is created, and the user who created it isn't notified.

Zoho One: Can't manage non-admin users
Purchased 10 annual licenses for Zoho One. Nothing but problems related to this buggy platform. Additional Email IDs in ZOHO One

Email gone to white on black...like Incognito. Other features are normal. Then it said Too Many Tabs...???
Suddenly my email site went from white on black...normal...to black on white. All of the features under email are black. When I shut down, reboot, etc. Everything else on the site is normal. I had only begun to send some emails and set up templates when it wouldn't let me do anything else...Too Many Tabs???? Appreciate any input.

Hi, A quick question, is it possible to define an 'expiry' date for a lead in Zoho CRM? Allow me to explain with an example, imagine during a conversation/fair a lead is entered into Zoho CRM but from the conversation it's clear that the lead is in need of a solution/proposal within 2 weeks, thus an 'expiry date' would be an interesting feature - which basically should change the status of Lead to Closed of some kind. FEATURE REQUEST ZOHO CONNECT
Hi, We've been trying to solve an issue in the office and now realise it's currently not do-able. We use Office/Outlook 365 and would like to be able to sync both events AND tasks from Zoho Connect to our personal calendars to make it a lot easier to keep track of things. We have tried Zapier but its only one way - if we delete a task or complete it on connect then it still remains in outlook which isn't ideal. It would be amazing if we could move tasks from Zoho CRM onto Connect as well by dragging

Extremely Slow
The 3 people in my office use 3 different email programs (eM Client, Mozilla, Wiindows Live Mail) and all three of us are experiencing email issues, from freezing, slow to open, unable to send, and we've been having to close and reopen the program multiple times a day. It will also crash and freeze. I've found old threads that complained about similar issues. Does anyone have a fix?

Hi! When I first created my account within Zoho, I used a domain that doesn't exist anymore. I was able to change the old domain to the current one, but here and there I still see the old, original domain written in some places. Creating a campaign
Hi, I am trying to create a campaign using a template to add text and images, I can do this easily however I cannot find an UNDO button or back button. Yesterday I positioned some text and an image and I wanted to change it but I couldn't and I ended up deleting the whole template and starting over. Is there an UNDO/delete option anywhere?
