question logic at the end of the survey, based on question answers on earlier pages
I want to logic into my survey (at the end on the last page) and would like to add a question logic, using a particular answer entered in a previous page or based on an incoming parameter. Eg, if the answer for question A on page 1 was equal to 'A', I want to insert an extra question at the end of the survey (on the last page) How can this be done? Thank you

Please add "N/A" option for all questions
Hi Zoho, please add a "N/A" option for all or many of the questions types. Currently only ranking question has this option, but this is needed for all types of survey questions. (star rating, choice, matrix choice...)
Send UserScore to CRM via Integration
I'd really like to track the User Score for a specific survey in the CRM through the CRM integration settings where the survey respondent is a new visitor. This information is already available in the survey email triggers. But there is no way to send it to the CRM. In this case, the survey link is NOT sent from the CRM and survey results are not posted to the survey section of the CRM..
Email Trigger - Please add complete toolbar for content control
Would it be possible to add the full toolbar to the Email Trigger content editor? I would find this particularly helpful as it would allow me to use common styles for all outgoing messages from my company. Current Email Trigger Editor: Requested ADVNACED Editor (currently used in Zoho's Community Forum) *note the additional toolbar options.
Renaming survey response with a field from the survey form upon export
Is it possible as I export a submission for it to save the survey name based on a field in the survey? Ideal for me would be if I could export multiple submissions from a survey form and they save by the name field of the submission onto my computer once I export. Then instead of Report 1, Report 2, etc. I would have Report - Joe Smith, Report - {First Name} {Last name}, etc. Is there an option for that like a mail merge that could catch that field in the survey name upon exporting? Good day, It would be usefull to be able to link a Survey sent through a Potential in ZCRM to the Potential asociate, not only the contact. Dear ZOHO, For my research I'm using validated Likert questionnaires and scales. I wondered if there is also an option to have a likert lay-out as follows: In words: Every question is followed by boxes with individual answer-options and not only answers options at the extremitis extremes of the Likert scale, which is offered by the ZOHO survey at the moment. It would be great if there was a way to have a popup window appear when person hovers over a question, and window pops up to give user more details about the question being asked. This would help to keep main question short and simple on screen for Survey use, but if user did not understand they just hover over the question and the details of pop up.

Choose a different End Page based on survey response?
I would like to have different end pages (i.e. after the survey is complete) for different responses. i.e. maybe question is "Would you recommend XYZ company to your friends?" If yes, they get an exit page asking for referrals or with review site links to solicit positive reviews. If no, they get a page with info to contact owner or whatever process is needed to fix the problem. Is that possible? Thanks, Adam
