• File upload (Zoho Forms) not working

    Hi, The past days the file upload functionality in my Form hasn't been working. The image files are added/uploaded fine but when the user tries to submit the form an error is reported by Zoho Forms. This hasn't happened before, it has worked just fine for 18 months, and I haven't changed a thing lately in the Form - please advise.

    I'm new to working with Flow but managed to get a flow working yesterday in short order. Which then proceeded o break shortly after for no apparent reason. The flow is triggered by a form submission, and when running in debug mode I can see the flow is indeed triggered.
