Every time you add a note or make some change to a candidate it asks for another rating which involves numerous clicks to get the job done then it changes the gold star to grayed out. It is a total time waster and very frustrating. I would like to go back to the hot candidate star settings. It was a lot easier to use and look up candidates and needed less clicking so did not waste your time.
