【Zoho CRM】レポート機能のアップデート

今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から、レポート機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

 1. レポートのエクスポート時のレコードIDの表示について 

これまで、レポートをエクスポートするとファイルにレコードIDが必ず含まれていました。レコードIDが識別子として役立つ場合もありますが、実際には多くの企業で参照されることはありません。
今回のアップデートにより、以下の場面でレコードIDを含めるかどうかを選択できるようになりました。

  1. レポートをエクスポートする時

  2. レポートをメール送信する時

  3. 定期レポートを予約する時

注意事項 

  • 既存の定期レポート
    このオプションはデフォルトで有効になっており、基準タブのレコードIDのみが表示されます。
  • 定期レポート／詳細レポート／表示形式レポート
    「データIDの列を表示する」にチェックを入れると、基準タブのレコードIDのみが表示されます。

  • 関連タブのレコードIDを表示したい場合
     レポートを編集し、表示したいレコードIDの項目を列に追加する必要があります。

 


2. 通貨項目の表示について 

これまではレポート上の通貨項目は基準通貨に変換されて表示されていました。今回のアップデートで、レコードの通貨をそのまま表示できるようになり、列として追加することも可能になりました。

ここでは、基準通貨を「日本円（￥）」に設定していますが、レコードの通貨（見込み客タブに保存されたデータ）はUSドルです。

通貨の設定は、設定→ 一般 → 組織設定→ 通貨、の順で画面を開くと設定画面が確認できます。

 

3. レポートの削除の監査ログへの反映について     

レポートを削除すると、まず「最近削除した内容」フォルダに移動し、その後に完全削除されます。
従来は、この一時的な削除は監査ログに記録されず、完全削除のみが記録されていました。今回のアップデートにより、「最近削除した内容」フォルダへの移動時と完全削除時の両方が監査ログに記録されるようになりました。
