Zoho CRMの
ウィザードは、担当者がフォームに情報を入力していくだけで、CRM にデータを登録できるようにします。入力された情報に応じて、表示されるフォームが自動で切り替わっていくため、担当者は目の前のフォームに答えていくだけで、登録に必要な情報を揃えることができます。
本アップデートで、ウィザードに2つの新機能が追加されました。
・「ウィザードを作成する」オプション
・データの保存前に「概要を表示する」オプション
「ウィザードを作成する」オプション
ウィザードを作るときに、「白紙」 「ウィザードを作成する」の2種類の方法から選べるようになりました。
「ウィザードを作成する」を選択すると、選んだレイアウトからセクションと項目を選択できるページに移ります。
「ウィザードを作成する」オプションの特徴
レイアウトからセクションと項目を選択することで、素早くウィザードを作成することができるようになりました。
ウィザード画面は、選択したセクションと項目に基づいて作成されます。
最後の画面には「保存する」ボタンがあらかじめ含まれており、ウィザードを最低限の設定で使い始められます。

「概要を表示する」オプション
入力したデータを保存する前に、内容の確認ができるよう、「概要を表示する」オプションを追加しました。
「概要を表示する」オプションでは、データの保存前に、入力したデータすべてを確認することができます。
もし概要を確認してデータの変更が必要になった場合は、概要の各セクションにある「編集」ボタンをクリックするだけで、簡単にその入力画面に戻ることができます。
「概要を表示する」オプションを有効にするには、ウィザードの「保存する」ボタンを設定するときに、「概要を表示する」にチェックを入れる必要があります。
「概要を表示する」オプションでは、概要を表示させるタイミングを3種類から選択できます。
1、作成:新しいデータを作成するときに概要を表示できます。
2、編集:データを編集するときに概要を表示できます。
3、作成と編集:データを作成するときと編集するときに概要を表示できます。
このオプションを設定すると、「保存する」ボタンをクリックしたときに、概要のポップアップが表示され、保存前にデータの概要を確認することができます。

注意点:
カスタムボタンで、「このボタンを使用してデータを保存する」にチェックを入れている場合、ボタンをクリックすると最初に概要ページが表示されます。
カスタムボタンで実行する処理は、概要ページの「保存する」ボタンを押したときに実行されます。

Zoho Creator customer portal limitation | Zoho One
I'm asking you all for any feedback as to the logic or reasoning behind drastically limiting portal users when Zoho already meters based on number of records. I'm a single-seat, Zoho One Enterprise license holder. If my portal users are going to add records, wouldn't that increase revenue for Zoho as that is how Creator is monetized?
