Bigin Astuce #9 : Formulaire web



Bonjour à tous, 

Découvrons comment ajouter des contacts directement dans Bigin en recueillant les informations d'inscription de vos prospects sur votre site web, le tout sans la moindre ligne de code !

Supposons que vous ayez un site avec un formulaire d'inscription. Un prospect consulte votre page d'accueil, les produits que vous proposez, leurs caractéristiques et analyse comment votre produit se distingue des autres. Lorsqu'il est intéressé, il saisit ses informations dans le formulaire d'inscription. Vous recevez alors un email contenant les informations soumises par votre prospect. Vous devez ensuite saisir manuellement ces informations dans votre compte Bigin, attribuer un utilisateur, attribuer une tâche, etc. Ce processus est chronophage et incertain, pour gagner du temps et à améliorer votre efficacité, ce processus doit être automatisé !

C'est pourquoi vous pouvez lier les formulaires à votre compte Bigin et les données seront ajoutées à votre CRM automatiquement.

Voici les étapes à suivre :
1. Créer un formulaire - Faites glisser et déposez les champs dont vous avez besoin dans l'éditeur
2. Spécifier les détails du formulaire - Nom, emplacement, URL de la page de redirection, attribution d'un propriétaire...
3. Générer le code du formulaire - Intégrer le formulaire dans votre page Web et dans des sites tiers tels que Facebook, Wordpress...


1 : CRÉR UN FORMULAIRE

Allez dans les réglages puis sélectionnez "Formulaires web"




Une fois que vous avez cliqué sur "Nouveau formulaire web", faites glisser/déposer les champs dont vous avez besoin.
Pensez à ajouter un onglet d'accord de votre politique de confidentialité




2. SPECIFIER LES DETAILS

Entrez les différentes informations demandées
  • Indiquez l'URL de l'emplacement du formulaire. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de l'endroit où le formulaire Web sera hébergé, saisissez * dans ce champ. Cela permet d'éviter les spam et de ne capturer comme informations valides que les formulaires soumis par le biais du domaine en question.
  • Attribuez un propriétaire aux enregistrements qui sont soumis via des formulaires Web.
  • Ajoutez les balises pertinentes, le cas échéant, à partir de la liste des balises existantes pour le module. L'étiquette choisie sera ajoutée à tous les enregistrements capturés à partir du formulaire Web.
  • Activer le double opt-in. Notez que cette option ne peut être utilisée que si le champ email primaire est ajouté au formulaire Web. Lorsque des formulaires Web avec double opt-in sont soumis, un e-mail de confirmation est envoyé au visiteur pour une vérification supplémentaire.
  • La Demande d'approbation si vous souhaitez soumettre les enregistrements pour approbation. Notez que les utilisateurs disposant de l'autorisation Approuver les contacts dans le profil peuvent approuver les enregistrements.





3. GENERER LE CODE DU FORMULAIRE

Le code du formulaire web est disponible en 3 formats : Code source, code à incorporer, code iFrame. Le code est également disponible pour certains sites tiers - WordPress, Facebook, Google Sites et Joomla. Veuillez noter que le code Script et iFrame est disponible uniquement dans les éditions payantes.

Pour intégrer le formulaire Web dans votre page Web, sélectionnez le code source, ou intégrer le code iFrame dans la liste, selon vos besoins. Puis copiez le code et collez-le dans le site Web où vous souhaitez insérer le formulaire Web.



Voila vous savez comment rattacher un formulaire web à votre CRM Bigin.
