Include Article Sync Details in SalesIQ–Desk Integration Notification Email

Dear Zoho SalesIQ Team,

Greetings,

We are using the integration between Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho Desk to sync articles from the Zoho Desk Knowledge Base into SalesIQ.

As part of this integration, we receive the following email notification:

"Your scheduled articles sync with Zoho SalesIQ has been completed successfully!
6 existing article(s) have been synced from your repository. To be able to view all the synced articles in your chat window, make sure you enable the Articles feature inside SalesIQ."

While this notification is appreciated, it currently lacks any meaningful details about the actual articles that were synced.

Feature Request:

Please enhance the sync notification email to include the following information:

  • A full list of the synced articles, including their titles.

  • A direct link to view each article in SalesIQ.


Use Case:

This improvement would allow us to:

  • Quickly review which articles were involved in the sync.

  • Confirm that expected changes have been applied.

  • Maintain better transparency and control over our knowledge base content.

We believe this small but powerful enhancement would significantly improve the usability and traceability of the integration.
