We’re thrilled to announce that Zoho Quartz, Zoho’s advanced diagnostic and issue-reporting tool, is now available in Zoho One. This addition expands Zoho One’s ecosystem of 40+ business applications and brings powerful capabilities designed to simplify troubleshooting, accelerate problem resolution, and enhance the support experience for your clients.
Zoho Quartz is a comprehensive platform that enables end users to report issues and share visual feedback with ease, while giving partners the tools they need to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. Its key strength lies in contextual recordings, which capture the exact steps leading to an issue—offering deep insights for efficient troubleshooting.
Originally introduced to streamline issue reporting to Zoho Support, Quartz now includes a dedicated Partner Workspace. This enhancement allows Zoho Partners to:
Collect visual feedback from clients or internal users
Diagnose and resolve issues directly
Seamlessly forward product-related issues to Zoho Support using Forward to Zoho
This creates a smoother, more connected support workflow for everyone involved.
To get started:
Visit your Zoho One Admin Panel
Add the Quartz app to your organization
From there, you can either:
Create a new Quartz workspace, or
Link an existing workspace that uses the same email address
A quick note:
After adding Quartz to Zoho One, you can access it from both Zoho One and quartz.zoho.com. User management, however, must be done through Zoho One.
Quartz is currently included at no additional cost within the Zoho One plan as part of our introductory rollout—making it even easier to start using its powerful diagnostic tools right away.
