Overview
Zoho Quartz for Partners is a comprehensive issue management tool designed to streamline client support for Zoho Partners. It is a tool for reporting issues and sharing visual feedback, designed to help identify and resolve issues faster through contextual recordings.
Zoho One is a comprehensive suite of business applications comprising of over 40 of Zoho's applications into a single unified platform to handle various tasks-from sales and marketing to finance, HR, and operations.
Setting up Quartz within Zoho One
As a Zoho Partner, you can add Quartz and create your workspace directly from the Zoho One Admin Panel.
Follow these steps to get started:
- Navigate to your Zoho One Admin Panel.
- From the menu on the left, select More Apps.

- Use the search bar to find Quartz and click Add.

Once added, your Quartz workspace will be created and the Quartz icon will appear in your application list on the left pane.
Note: If you have an existing account in both Quartz and Zoho One under the same email address, the account will automatically appear when adding Quartz and you can map accounts directly. However, if the accounts are associated with different email addresses, then you need contact our support team to map them.
After completing these steps, simply click the Quartz icon. You will be taken to your Zoho Quartz workspace in a new browser tab.
Working with Quartz
In the new tab, the Zoho Quartz for Partners dashboard will be displayed. This is your central hub for managing all feedback-related activities. The dashboard comprises the following pages:
- Feedback: This is the primary view where all incoming feedback items are listed.
- Projects: This page allows you to can create and manage different projects to segment feedback for various departments.
- Users: Here, you can manage all users who have access to your Quartz workspace. (Note: Adding new users is done through the Zoho One Admin Panel. Check the User Management in Quartz within Zoho One section)
- Setup: You can configure integrations, manage automation, and more.
- Trash: This page contains all the feedback that has been deleted.
User Management in Quartz within Zoho One
While the Quartz within Zoho One is mostly similar to the standalone version of Quartz, The only key difference is that adding new users is now managed exclusively through the Zoho One Admin Panel. However, other actions like changing roles, assigning projects, and deleting users can be performed directly within the Quartz application. This approach centralizes user provisioning for your entire organization while keeping detailed permission management within Quartz.
Follow these steps to add new users to your Quartz workspace:
- From your Quartz dashboard, navigate to the Users tab.
- Click the Manage Users in Zoho One button at the top of the page.

- You will be redirected to the Zoho One in a new browser tab, where the member management page for Quartz will be displayed.
- Click the Assign Users button.

- In the Assign Users pane that appears:
- Select the users you wish to add from the list.
- Pick role (e.g., Admin, Moderator, Member).
- Select the projects they should have access to. You can bulk-select projects and even assign different roles for different projects if needed.

- Once you have configured the users, roles, and project access, click Assign.
The selected users will now be added to your Quartz workspace with the permissions you have defined. Please note that if the user is not part of the Zoho One organization, an invitation will be sent, and the user will remain in a pending state until it is accepted.
